Few minutes walk to Helgeå or a smaller walk through the village and pine forests down to the beautiful white sandy beach that stretches out as far as the eye can see. Two dog beaches close by. Bicycle path to Åhus where you can shop, see culture, harbor and eat well. Close to the national park Stenshuvud and the waterfall in Forsakar for more nature. Here is everything you need.

Unwind in this unique and quiet home in an amazing setting close to miles of sandy beach. The cottage is located between Åhus and Kivik in a nature reserve along the national bike trail Sydostleden. All comforts are available for a great vacation or work. Within a mile radius there are grocery stores, shopping, golf courses, restaurants, glass kiosks, outdoor pools, museums, art galleries, and fine hiking trails. There is mostly the possibility to buy freshly baked buns locally within bike distance.

160 m2 beautiful renovated countryhouse with 3 big bedrooms, wooden floors and a fireplace. Old school finnish sauna. Big garden with bonfire place and lot of space to play and enjoy. The house is in the woods about 6 kilometers from the sandy beach and nice water in Olseröd, 5 kilometers to Degeberga and 7 kilometers to Maglehem.

Ulrica's house was perfect! I would have liked to stay longer ^^ The environment is very quiet and the accommodation is well-equipped, cozy and warm. I found the value for money excellent, even not expensive enough considering what was offered, since you have the house all to yourself. Thank you for a relaxing night! PS: I was even greeted by a little hedgehog in the garden when I arrived 🥰

Really nice place! I wasnt sure if there was access to many trail/hiking routes, but there was SO many we didn't have time to explore all. I really recommend if you want something peaceful and if you enjoy hiking/trail running.
