Welcome to a newly built cottage in natural materials in Österlen. The cottage is located in pine forest about 200 m from the sea and one of Sweden's most beautiful sandy beaches. The plot is located on a dead end street which means minimal car traffic at the house. A bedroom with 180 cm double bed as well as plenty of shelves for storage. Bathroom with shower and sink. Living room/kitchen with separate door out to the terrace. Sofa bed 130 cm. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Loft with three 90 cm mattresses. Car can be charged at cost.

The cottage is located 700 meters from a 40 km long sandy beach. 500 meters away, you can take the bus to cozy Åhus or to Kristianstad, which has a shopping center and Galleria. 5 km away is Yngsjö village where you can visit Otto ice cream that sells super good ice cream in many flavors. If you take the car 15 km south, you will reach Brösarp, the gateway to Österlen.

Cabin in Juleboda/Österlen next to Maglehem & sea

Within walking distance is the expansive beautiful beach stretching from Stenshuvud to Åhus. The cottage is a short drive from both Kivik and Åhus. From spring 2025 we have 4 new nice bikes in the cabin that can be used by the guests. Good fishing opportunities are nearby in, among other places. Helge Å. The Ravlunda shooting range military facility is some distance away but it is closed throughout the summer and there is no business going on. In other periods there may be sounds and bangs from shooting exercises.

All comforts are available for a great vacation or work. There is mostly the possibility to buy freshly baked buns locally within bike distance.

Fester ej tillåtna och det är viktigt att inte hålla hög volym utomhus på kvällarna efter 21.00.
