I hjertet af Odense, finder du/I vores over 100 år gamle rødstensvilla. På 1. salen (øverste etage) er der indrettet en lejlighed med soveværelse, stue, køkken samt badeværelse med stort badekar. Derudover er der en 50 kvm stor tagterrasse, med udsigt over den smukke Assistenskirkegård. Lejligheden er tæt på meget tæt på byen og letbanen. Vi er en familie på fem, som bor i stueetagen. Vores børn er 3, 6 og 9 år. Der er adgang til vores have inkl. trampolin, som vi også selv bruger.

Very nice and tastefully decorated vacation home. No unnecessary things and super cozy. The winter garden is particularly beautiful and there are also opportunities to sit outside. The water is a short walk away and offers a jetty with stairs into the water and a small beach. It's wonderfully quiet there. Fåborg and Odense and also various islands are nearby for excursions. Very lovely and easily accessible hosts. We highly recommend the place.

We stayed at Martin's place with 13 people and a dog. Among them were 5 children between the ages of 2 and 13. The house is very spacious, offers plenty of space and many possibilities. The outdoor area is huge and we had a lot of fun with various ball games. Located in the middle of nature, we were able to relax. The game room, which is equipped with a table tennis table and darts, would be very well received and used. The rooms are spacious and everything was clean. Everything your heart desires was there and it is better equipped than expected. The basic equipment plus various games, dishwasher tabs, cleaning supplies, garbage bags, books, ... Young and old felt very comfortable. Thank you for letting us visit this great house.

With about 20 minutes' walk to the pretty city center and a short walk to the highway, the apartment is very well located. In addition, it is quiet and we got a parking space without any problems. The view over the sea to the bridge over the Great Belt, the excellent bathing facilities in an overall very relaxed, pleasant atmosphere. This is delightful and cosy traditional Danish summer house in scenic surroundings. It has everything you need for a relaxing vacation. It was so peaceful we saw a pheasant and a hare walking through the garden. Erik was a wonderful host giving clear instructions and even leaving fresh flowers for our stay 🙂. The summer house is perfect for a couple or family looking for a peaceful get away or to experience the Danish countryside. We would consider staying here again.
