The apartment also has its own washer, dryer and freezer. The main entrance, the stairwell and the terrace are shared with the basement apartment next door. The apartment has the nicest view to offer and is at the same time centrally located. The city center and the nearest store are a maximum of 10 minutes' walk. NOTE: The rental price is fixed, and the home is not rented at a reduced price or for long-term stays

In quiet surroundings by the water in a good neighborhood. 5 min walk by the water and you enter to museum, cafe and restaurant. Or if you walk up the road hill you enter the city. There is instant coffee, tea and sugar to get you an great start in the morning. There are washing machine soap, and drying rack to put outside for drying. Remember the air here is very dry. We live upstairs with our 3 kids. Smoking by the building it forbidden, smoking can happen away from the building.
