Super schöne Wohnung und sehr nette Gastgeber, wir kommen gerne wieder

Zeddam vinden wij een prachtige omgeving waar je volop kunt wandelen en fietsen. In de directe omgeving vindt je heuvels, bos, polder, rivierenlandschap. Ook diverse plaatsen in Duitsland zijn goed te bereiken. De auto hebben we tijdens ons verblijf niet gebruikt. Diverse restaurants zijn op loopafstand. Een goede slager en een supermarkt zijn dichtbij. In het appartement zijn alle benodigdheden aanwezig om te koken, te verblijven etc. We voelden ons er direct thuis. Er werd ook alles aan gedaan dat we ons op ons gemak voelden. Kortom wij kunnen dit appartement aan iedereen aanbevelen.

Nous avons passé 4 jours très agréables dans le très bel appartement de Diederick. Beaucoup d’espaces, de cachet, belle hauteur de plafond. 2 balcons également très sympas. Literie confortable, nombreux équipements. A la différence des appartements dédiés uniquement à la location, nous étions dans l’appartement d’un producteur de musique avec de nombreux instruments. L’appartement était proche du centre d’Utrecht, belle petite ville animée.

Der Aufenthalt bei Marjolein und Michiel war außerordentlich schön und gemütlich. Ruhig gelegen, wunderschönes Ambiente mit privater Teichterrasse und Garten. Ideal für Radtouren zum Weltkulturerbe zu den Mühlen in Kinderdijk, Rotterdam, sowie nach Dordrecht gelegen. Auch der Wasserbus ist sehr zu empfehlen! Da mein Mann 60 wurde, hatte Michiel uns aufmerksamerweise eine schöne Flasche Prosecco vorab in den Kühlschrank gestellt. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und umfangreich. Die Betten sehr bequem. Das Zimmer ließ sich insgesamt zum Schlafen gut abdunkeln. Das Auto konnte sehr sicher auf dem Hof abgestellt. Vielen herzlichen Dank nochmals für den wunderbaren Aufenthalt!! Buen alojamiento, cocina y baño perfectamente equipada y salón agradable para estar. Al ser un sótano le falta luz solar pero es algo que ya se entiende al ser un sótano.

Das Haus war sauber und genau wie beschrieben, die Umgebung sehr schön. Leider hat es stark geregnet während unserem Urlaub. Naturlich kann niemand das wetter nicht kontrollieren . wir würden auf jeden fall noch kommen.

Wat een gaaf design! Smaakvol ingericht met geinige details. Er is veel liefde en aandacht in de ruimte en inrichting gegaan. Het geluid van de weg is goed buiten te sluiten als het raam dicht is en het uitzicht naar de tuin is groen dit seizoen. Vriendelijke service, het centrum goed aan te lopen. Zeer aan te raden!

We had a very relaxing 5 nights. Kees and Karen were impeccable hosts, laidback and always helpful. We didn't come by car, but it's easy to get into Utrecht either by bus or tram. Would definitely book again.

Heel fijn huis met geweldige tuin. We waren hier met een groep vriendinnen en hebben goed van de omgeving kunnen genieten, ook dankzij het huren van fietsen via Joost. Ook nog eens dichtbij Den Bosch dus alles was in de buurt. Absoluut een aanrader!

Rob’s place was excellent! Very spacious and clean. We were very comfortable there and enjoyed the clean, fully stocked kitchen. The large bathroom was great as was the shower, not only was it spacious, but it had excellent water pressure! The location is great, it’s a small village but close to many bigger towns. There was a pub right across the street which was a lot of fun. Rob was very responsive and helpful. His sister Bianca was as well. She was so sweet to meet us the day we checked in and gave us a goodie bag with extra coffee and snacks. We had a wonderful stay and we highly recommended this home!

We had such a peaceful stay, the property is beautifully furnished and felt private. It’s in a great location with lots of walking routes directly from the property. We would love to visit again!

Prachtige tweedaagse in jullie mooie accommodatie, bedankt voor het ontvangst we hebben er enorm van genoten.

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in dieser schönen und gemütlichen Unterkunft. Die Gastgeberin Corrie hat uns herzlich empfangen und uns sogar mit einem selbst gebackenen Apfelkuchen überrascht. Auch Kees haben wir bei der Abreise als sehr freundlich und sympathisch kennengelernt. Das Haus ist hervorragend ausgestattet und bietet alles, was man für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt benötigt. Woudrichem ist ein idealer Ort, um zur Ruhe zu kommen. Besonders empfehlen können wir einen Besuch auf dem Hausboot „De Pannekoekenbakker“ – hier gibt es köstliche und kreative Pfannkuchenspezialitäten. Eine klare Empfehlung für eine entspannte Auszeit!

Zelden zo’n nette en propere vakantiewoning aangetroffen. Het servicepakket (handdoeken, beddengoed, vaatwasblokjes,…) is erg handig. De communicatie was steeds zeer helder en vlot. Het huis is goed gelegen voor diverse instapjes in de buurt en heeft een heel erg mooie en gezellige tuin. Voor de kinderen heel erg fijn: speeltoestellen in de tuin, kippen waar je zelf groenafval mag voederen, klein aanbod speelgoed in huis + veilig. Top - aanrader

Joost was an amazing host to me and my family! It was the first time that we were traveling abroad with our 11mo son and he made us feel right at home- even had a travel crib set up upon arrival. The location is very convenient - right above a coffee shop which Joost gives vouchers for :) very walkable and overall great space!

Wir haben uns von der ersten Sekunde an super wohl gefühlt. John und Peter sind unglaublich freundliche Gastgeber. Sehr aufmerksam und immer ansprechbar. Die Wohnung liegt perfekt , ist Mega liebevoll eingerichtet. Alles ist per Fuß zu erreichen. liebevoll zubereitetes Frühstück und es wird sogar nach Wünschen gefragt. die Wohnung hat Klimaanlage, das ist wirklich perfekt. Gastgeber wie John und Peter kann man sich nur wünschen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir hatten eine wundervolle und erholsame Zeit in Reckum – und das vor allem dank des großartigen Hosts! Schon beim Check-in wurden wir herzlich empfangen und haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Unser Host war durchweg sympathisch, unglaublich geduldig und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Egal ob es um Tipps für die Umgebung, kleine Anliegen oder spontane Fragen ging – er hatte immer ein offenes Ohr und eine Lösung parat. Seine Kompetenz und Gelassenheit haben unseren Aufenthalt wirklich besonders gemacht. Dank ihm konnten wir die Zeit in Reckum in vollen Zügen genießen. Wir können die Unterkunft und vor allem den Host nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen – wir kommen gerne wieder!

I would like to write wonderful things about the house itself, the neighborhood, and Mr. Jorrit — each of them was truly excellent. The kitchen was perfectly equipped, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The house was peaceful, full of natural light, and surrounded by greenery — it felt like the sun and nature were part of the home. Every detail had been meticulously thought through and designed solely to make guests feel happy and welcome. There were even umbrellas and lovely slippers at the entrance. The bed linen was top quality, and everything was spotless. The neighborhood was quiet, spacious, and very decent. Great restaurants, cafes, and parks were just a short walk away — and the city center was only about 20 minutes on foot. Mr. Jorrit was incredibly helpful and responded very quickly. Most importantly, he had already thought of everything we might need and left informative and thoughtful notes throughout the house. Many thanks.

We had a lovely stay in this stylish and beautifully decorated apartment. I stayed with my two children, and we all felt right at home. The apartment was spotlessly clean and well-equipped with everything we needed—including tea and coffee for the machine, which was a thoughtful touch. There was even a delicious cake waiting for us in the fridge (though it didn’t last long!). The beds were super comfortable, and the showers were excellent. The stairs gave us a bit of a workout, but it added to the charm and character of the place. The location is fantastic—right in the heart of Grave, a picturesque town with beautiful views of the Maas River. Highly recommend this place for a cosy, comfortable, and well-located stay—thank you for a great experience!

Super mooie Air BnB. Hele vriendelijke en behulpzame mensen en alles is er wat je nodig hebt. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar!

Wat een fijne en mooie plek om tot rust te komen en dichtbij leuke (kinder)activiteiten in de nabije omgeving! Voor het appartement hoef je niet het vertier buitenshuis op te zoeken, met een trampoline, speelhuis, schommel en glijbaan heeft onze dochter zich volop in de tuin vermaakt. Het appartement heeft een heerlijke douche, goede bedden, de keuken is van alle gemakken voorzien, de wifi is stabiel, de tuin en de buitenruimte waar je overdekt kunt zitten is fantastisch! Het appartement is over het algemeen mooi, slim en stijlvol ingericht. Als gastvrouw informeert Ann je, vol enthousiasme, over alles wat er in de omgeving te doen is. Ann staat voor je klaar, is vriendelijk en erg attent. Onze dochter genoot van de heerlijke lekkernijen die voor ons klaar stonden. Wij konden met een koud biertje bij aankomst ook fijn landen.
