Super nice apartment and very nice hosts, we will be happy to come back

We think Zeddam is a beautiful area where you can enjoy hiking and biking. In the immediate vicinity, you will find hills, forest, polder, riverscape. Various places in Germany are also easy to reach. We did not use the car during our stay. Various restaurants are in walking distance. A good butcher and a supermarket are nearby. In the apartment, all the necessities are available to cook, stay, etc. We felt right at home there. Everything was also done to make us feel comfortable. In short, we can recommend this apartment to anyone.

The property was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The owner was friendly, professional, and always quick to address any questions or concerns. I highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay!

Diederik‘s flat was fantastic for our trip to Utretch. A very quiet neighborhood with lovely old homes and surroundings. Exactly what we needed for our first trip with our little one. The apt is spacious and has all you need. Only downside is the stairs between floors are a bit more tight/narrow/steep than they appear in the photos. So be careful if you have a little one. Otherwise we loved our stay at his place. Its a great getaway.

The stay at Marjolein and Michiel's was exceptionally nice and cozy. Quietly located, beautiful ambiance with private pond terrace and garden. Ideal for cycling tours to the World Heritage Site to the mills in Kinderdijk, Rotterdam, as well as to Dordrecht. The water bus is also highly recommended! Since my husband turned 60, Michiel had thoughtfully put a nice bottle of Prosecco in the fridge for us in advance. Breakfast was very tasty and extensive. The beds are very comfortable. Overall, the room could be darkened well for sleeping. The car could be parked very safely in the courtyard. Thank you so much again for the wonderful stay!! Great place right in the centre of Den Bosch. Highly recommend!

Good accommodation, perfectly equipped kitchen and bathroom and nice living room. Being a basement, it lacks sunlight, but that's something that's already understood, being a basement.

The house was clean and exactly as described, the surroundings very nice. Unfortunately, it rained heavily during our vacation. Of course, no one can control the weather. We would definitely come again.

We had a very relaxing 5 nights. Kees and Karen were impeccable hosts, laidback and always helpful. We didn't come by car, but it's easy to get into Utrecht either by bus or tram. Would definitely book again.

Very nice house with great garden. We were here with a group of friends and were able to enjoy the area, also thanks to renting bicycles through Joost. Also close to Den Bosch so everything was nearby. Absolutely recommended!

Rob’s place was excellent! Very spacious and clean. We were very comfortable there and enjoyed the clean, fully stocked kitchen. The large bathroom was great as was the shower, not only was it spacious, but it had excellent water pressure! The location is great, it’s a small village but close to many bigger towns. There was a pub right across the street which was a lot of fun. Rob was very responsive and helpful. His sister Bianca was as well. She was so sweet to meet us the day we checked in and gave us a goodie bag with extra coffee and snacks. We had a wonderful stay and we highly recommended this home!

We had a fantastic stay at Peer and Christine’s place in Eindhoven. From the moment we arrived, they gave us a warm welcome and took the time to walk us through the house layout, which we really appreciated. The house itself is wonderful—spacious, comfortable, and very well-equipped. One highlight for us was the strong and consistent WiFi coverage, thanks to the two separate networks set up throughout the home. We stayed for several days and worked remotely the whole time without any issues. It was the perfect setup for working from home. The backyard is a real gem—peaceful, beautifully maintained, and a lovely spot to relax after a day of work. Another big plus was the location; having supermarkets just a short walk away made everything super convenient. Highly recommended for both work and leisure. We’d definitely love to stay again!

Was a fantastic stay! As a few other reviews also indicated, the space was even better than was visible in the photos. Petra is a very friendly and super attentive host, as well as her partner. There is plenty to do and see nearby if you love nature and the house itself is also a very nice place to relax. Definitely also recommended with the dog, who could make perfect use of the fenced garden. Highly recommend!

We had a truly wonderful time at this beautiful house while celebrating my mother's 60th birthday. It's a great place to bring the family together for a relaxing weekend.

Rarely found such a neat and clean vacation home. The service package (towels, bed linen, dishwasher cubes,...) is very convenient. Communication was always very clear and smooth. The house is well located for various steps nearby and has a very beautiful and cozy garden. For the children very nice: playground equipment in the garden, chickens where you can feed your own green waste, small range of toys in the house + safe. Top - recommended

We felt super comfortable from the first second. John and Peter are incredibly friendly hosts. Very attentive and always responsive. The apartment is perfectly located, is mega lovingly furnished. Everything is within walking distance. Lovingly prepared breakfast and you are even asked for your wishes. The apartment has air conditioning, which is really perfect. You can only wish for hosts like John and Peter. We will be happy to come back.

We spend a weekend in Robert's place. It was very peaceful and beautiful in the middle of an awesome location for hiking and biking. They provided everything we needed for our stay. We will gladly book this place next time we are in the area.

We had a lovely stay in this stylish and beautifully decorated apartment. I stayed with my two children, and we all felt right at home. The apartment was spotlessly clean and well-equipped with everything we needed—including tea and coffee for the machine, which was a thoughtful touch. There was even a delicious cake waiting for us in the fridge (though it didn’t last long!). The beds were super comfortable, and the showers were excellent. The stairs gave us a bit of a workout, but it added to the charm and character of the place. The location is fantastic—right in the heart of Grave, a picturesque town with beautiful views of the Maas River. Highly recommend this place for a cosy, comfortable, and well-located stay—thank you for a great experience!

We felt like at home. The apartment is located on the outskirts of the village overlooking the beautiful landscape of the Lower Rhine. It is therefore very quiet and beautifully bright. The sunrise and deer in the fields sweetened our morning. The kitchen is very well equipped, the dining table cozy and the sofa really comfortable. On top… kind-hearted and friendly hosts. First and foremost, our stay got off to a great start with how warmly Ann received us. She took me on a tour of the house, explained all the details well, and shared some tips on what to do, where we could find restaurants, and how to get around Genk. We were impressed with Ann's hospitality and responsiveness to our messages the entire weekend. As a result, our stay was extremely comfortable. The house was even better in person, with many thoughtful touches to make our stay pleasant, tasteful decor, and modern finishes. I highly recommend staying at the apartment, and I am sure you will walk away with the same memorable experience we had.
