Perfect Lake Vacation! Come Enjoy the Berkshires!

Elena & MauricioRating, 5 stars3 months ago
Winter wonderland in the Berkshires. Enjoyed the snow storm with family while sitting by the fire and drinking coffee. Snow plow cleared driveway for us. Butternut ski area was about 40 minute drive. Matt communicated well during our stay. Would definitely come back again.

Secluded cabin with babbling brook

Truly a magical spot. We’ve stayed at many unique Airbnbs, and this one is up there as a favorite. It’s so peaceful and beautiful; the walk down makes it feel like you are truly remote and alone. The screened porch is perfect for listing to the stream at all points of the day. The cabin itself is furnished in a quirky and cozy way, and the beds are very comfortable. The full kitchen had everything needed. The host was super friendly and responsive. We would absolutely would recommend to others!

Sweet Dreams Retreat

AndreaRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Melissa and Geoff's place is in beautiful surroundings and well within a short drive to excellent restaurants, museums and outdoor activities. We were there during an especially rainy and cool period, but the apartment kept us toasty and warm after a day of dodging the raindrops. The king size bed was lovely and a white machine lulled us to sleep. The deck attached to the house was wonderful and when the weather looked as if the blue skies were here to stay, Melissa asked if we wanted dry cushions for the chairs- just a lovely thought. The gardens were just beginning to bloom and the property is spotless. We will definitely return to Sweet Dreams; the apartment was a pleasure to be in. Andrea and Ray

Wow! This place was perfect for a weekend getaway. The house is beautiful and was perfect to hang out in even during a rainy weekend. It was very clean and accommodated our group. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook dinner. The games upstairs were a nice little add on. I really only have great things to say about this rustic cabin retreat. We all loved it and I would definitely stay here again. We weren’t able to go to the lake because of the weather but we still made do with some of Jared’s games! The host was quiet but we didn’t need him because he had great step by step directions! Thanks again Jared for a cozy spot for my twin and I to relax and celebrate our 34th birthday.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The cabin is lovely, spacious, and decorated tastefully. We were in town for a family reunion and Celebration of Life for a dear family member and retreating to this peaceful setting was just what we needed.

Berkshire Lakefront Lighthouse Getaway

The property was as described, beautifully situated by the water in a beautiful location. Lee, the host, provided prompt and responsive communication. the unique outdoor shower and toilet (incinerator toilet) were acceptable for us, but the space was somewhat limited for two adults and two children; it may be better suited for two guests.
