This apartment was a great choice! Charming, cozy, well-equipped, and the building has great infrastructure! Not to mention the location, which offers several possibilities, such as a market, pharmacy, bars, restaurant, beauty salon, all very close! We had a great stay, everything was just as advertised. Denise was always very attentive and quick to respond to us. We were received by his father, a very kind gentleman, who explained everything to us very well, very sweet. He took us to oranges that he picked from the tree at his house. We prioritized a property with 3 suites, as we were 2 couples and 1 person. Carol (I feel like I can call her that, she's so nice) was one of the best hosts I've ever had!! It was like a friend who lives far away wanting to be present! She gave great tips/suggestions about the city, always responded quickly to any questions I had (even when they were not related to the house) and was super truthful in the listing!! Her house is delightful, beautiful, sophisticated, clean... a real haven!! The neighborhood is super residential, quiet and with great parks. The Iguatemi mall is very close. I'll be back for sure!!

We stayed at Katia's house for just one night because our flight was the next day. It was very peaceful, the environment exactly as described in the listing, everything clean and impeccable! Katia was very kind and answered my questions quickly. We felt very comfortable! She even put a portable crib for my baby. It was a quick trip, we didn't stay long in the apartment, basically we just slept! The apartment was identical to the listing, comfortable bed, excellent shower, easy access to get in and out and communication with the host was always immediate! Elaine was extremely helpful and responsive prior to our arrival, during our stay and after we left. Her apartment is beautifully and thoughtfully decorated. It maximizes the relatively small space and she clearly put thought into making her guests’ stay as comfortable as possible. From the printed instructions for the basics (WiFi, TV, etc) to the power strip for plugging in devices by the living room couch. We would stay in her place again in a heartbeat!

Note 10! The Condominium is excellent, as is the apartment. Vale every cent. Extremely safe local, even has coffee inside the condominium, and the surroundings are also very safe If you're going to the consulate, there is no error. We went in a 5 minute walk from the condominium, very quiet.

Emerson was very attentive and the apartment is extremely well located and very cozy. There is private parking next to the building, which made our stay immensely easy. We were among 4 people, the sofa bed is very comfortable, better than many beds in some other locations. Super recommend and I will definitely return to the same airbnb if I'm passing through Porto Alegre again.
