All as advertised and described. Guilherme was very helpful. Very well represented by Mrs. Carmem, who welcomed us and served us with excellence. I recommend the space to anyone who needs it.

Excellent apartment and location

Sérgio is polite, helpful, the environment is clean, the condominium is organized and safe. I stayed more than 15 days for work reasons and it was a great choice, highly recommended!

I appreciate all Nicolas' attention, he responded quickly. I asked him if I could come in before the scheduled time and he expedited the organization of the apartment so that I could rest, I was there for work. I'll definitely come back again if I need to.

Marcelo's apartment is excellent and is in the heart of the good neighborhood, an extremely safe neighborhood with many options of restaurants and cafes. An incredible apartment option in Porto Alegre. The parking space is very good, no parking problems. Communication with Marcelo was excellent. I highly recommend it.

The stay was great. The apartment was very clean and private and we loved the windows blackout. The building is very confortable,save and the laundry and dinning area are amazing and very quiet to be in. Waldyr was very attentive and his responses to any question were almost immediately.

The apartment is fantastic. Very well located! It is close to everything, has great options for restaurants, pharmacies and markets. It's very close to the airport and you can do most of what you need on foot! Access to the apartment is very easy, everything is automated through facial recognition. No bureaucracy, everything just works as it should! The apartment is very well decorated and has everything you need to spend the days. I can say with confidence that it was one of the best Airbnbs I've ever rented. If I ever return to Porto Alegre, I'll definitely stay here!
