Family-friendly vacation rentals in Nova Odessa

The house is exactly like in the pictures. The leisure area (swimming pool, barbecue, sand court, etc.) is really the difference of the house. Beautiful and modern leisure area. The house where the bedrooms, living room, kitchen, etc are older, but it is well maintained, clean and has all the necessary utensils. We did the New Year dinner and there was absolutely nothing missing. The whole family loved it!!!!!

Mauro was an above-average host... More than 15 years ago, my family and I rented listings for the end and the beginning of the year and undoubtedly he was one of the best if not the best host. The house is even more special than the pictures show, having a high right foot, plenty of space, airy, surrounded by a very tasty balcony. The weather helped, we had 7 days without a drop of rain and we were able to enjoy all the amenities of the space, pool, barbecue, kitchen and its utensils. We do not have to take practically anything from home: a very complete kitchen, fans in every room and in the area of the barbecue. I definitely recommend the space and if we can we will be back for sure.

Regina's place is a dream. The decoration a show apart . Every day I saw something I hadn't seen from so many details in the decoration. A nice place in a wonderful condo close to everything ! Anyway … it would come back for sure.

Fantastic house. Structured and very safe because it is in a gated community. Great location, comfort and very complete. We were very well received at check-in and had a wonderful time. We will definitely return. Rodrigo was very flexible and proactive. We are very pleased.

We were made to feel very welcome by Janka. Very clean and organized house. Bed, bath and pool were impeccable. We like it too much and will certainly be back soon.

Host was super requested from the outset, helped us with referrals and received our stay very well. Caseira helped a lot and made us comfortable in the house, very friendly. Establishment is cozy and totally according to the photos, as well as very easy access. We would definitely return!

A large and very well taken care of Chácara. I highlight the care and cleanliness of the place, it is clear that it is maintained with affection. Very nice to spend days with friends and family. We can't even use all the spaces. Good rooms, kitchen, barbecue area, games and soccer field. I didn't go with kids, but the playground was amazing. There was also a floor barbecue, a wood stove… as in the description. The only space that wasn't working was the spa, as the host warned us. Communication with Gislaine was very easy and efficient, and she even received us with great attention at check-in. I hope to return with family and friends.

The house is extremely comfortable, meeting all expectations. Well-ventilated area, all rooms with bathrooms, pool area and lovely garden. Amauri is extremely kind, polite and super willing to help both with the care of the house and with recommendations for the city. Close to Hopi Hari too, which helped a lot! Whenever traveling with friends, a house will be the first option! Beautiful house, well maintained and the owners are wonderful and super well thought out and concerned. The farm is located in a quiet location and with plenty of contact with nature. For those who, in addition to Amparo, want to visit other cities such as Pedreira, Serra Negra, Holambra, among others, it is very easy due to the great location. The farm is clean and has the utensils we needed. Clovis welcomed us very well as always and even gave us some mangoes. We are grateful and recommend it!

A century-old house, quiet place, close to the market and downtown Amparo, Host always responds quickly, the caretaker who received us is a 1000! Old house with period furniture, comfortable beds, extremely clean bedding, good kitchen, the only thing missing was a roasting pan, very nice place with enormous potential, you can improve the barbecue area, with a sink and water support, also a hot tub or small pool will make all the difference to complete the experience, I will definitely be back, great cost benefit for those who want to live a few days in a farmhouse, I see comments about cleanliness, they need to understand that it is a big house that is closed, it is not about “Dirt” on the contrary the house is clean, but rather leaves and normal dust of a house in the interior, birds and monkeys are a lot, especially in the barbecue area, I liked it and I will return, the upper part of the house is closed but the bottom is huge and accommodates very well, it was worth the experience.

The house is great, super-equipped, lots of appliances in the kitchen, plus lots of utensils. The housekeeper Mauro and the maid Angela were extremely friendly and attentive. The pool is solar heated and since it was winter, it was not hot enough, but the rest of the house and the grounds were very nice, we didn't miss it that much. The house has a “beach tennis court” with rackets, lots of balls, a trampoline, and a playground for the kids. The condominium has no access control, the entrance has no gate, only a guardhouse that seemed empty, but the house has a camera system, and the house is far from the gate, we felt safe. We would rent again!

We rented the house to accommodate our employees during a job in the area and it perfectly met our expectations. The space is comfortable, clean, well-equipped and matches what was advertised. Communication with the host was excellent, always available to help us with whatever was needed. The location was also convenient for our activities. We will certainly consider it again for future stays. We recommend it!

Tito is a sensational guy!!! He received us very well, with great care and attention. The space is perfect for those looking for a cozy place in the middle of nature with great comfort and hygiene. I recommend even for those who want to go to Laroc and want to stay next to the club. We'll be back soon.

An excellent place to rest, you can enjoy nature, in addition to having a soccer field. The property is located within a gated community with surveillance. My pets also enjoyed the residence, which is completely fenced, so I was carefree about letting them loose in the garden. I recommend it!!!

The house is wonderful, Marlene is a sweetheart, she gave me several tips, there was a day with food trucks in the condominium, she promptly warned me and I was able to enjoy it! Well-equipped house, kitchen items for those who like it, there's even Dulce Gusto! great rooms, despite having used only one because I only went with my husband and pet. The pool is treated with ozone, we felt the difference on our skin, the sauna is a delight !! Safe condominium! We will definitely be back!
