had a great stay at Patrick’s place! The apartment was exactly as described; clean, comfortable, and in a quiet area, which made for a relaxing stay. It was also very easy to get to the city centre, which was super convenient. Patrick was an excellent host, very receptive and quick to respond to any messages. I really appreciated his clear communication and hospitality. Would definitely recommend staying here

Firstly would definitely stay again. Juliet was very responsive with instructions. The flat is very spacious with a sofa bed if you require 3 separate beds. Having a dedicated parking spot is a major bonus. The area is lovely and convenient for Trent Bridge, Forest and Notts County. Opposite is the Larwood & Voce restaurant is both reasonable in price and good in quality and service. A short walk is the avenue, in West Bridgford, which has a parade of trendy restaurants and coffee shops. As others have said the flat door takes some getting used and requires a strong hand. A gem of a place.

very comfortable apartment. unfortunately we did not have much time to do more than enjoy a good night's sleep. But can verify the beds are comfortable and the facilities in the kitchen gave us everything we needed.

I had a fantastic stay at this apartment right in the heart of the city! The location couldn’t be better—everything was within walking distance: shops, restaurants, cafes, and public transport. Even though it’s in a busy area, the apartment itself was quiet and felt like a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring. The space was clean, stylish, and really well-equipped. The bed was super comfy, and I appreciated the fast Wi-Fi and thoughtful touches throughout the flat. Highly recommend if you want to experience the energy of the city while still having a comfortable place to relax at the end of the day!

Lovely little place , right in the heart of Nottingham. Was a lovely area with lots of places to eat and drink nearby. Couldn’t have asked for a better location. Apartment was just as described -perfect for a weekend away for two. Thanks again !

Amazing property within walking distance of all the great restaurant and bars in Hockley. Beautifully decorated inside to feel like home. Only issue was once inside the building it was a bit tough trying to find the apartment as you can easily get lost even with all the signs

An absolute gem! Highly recommend. We were a party of 2 families (2 adults and 4 kids, ages 13-17). This accommodation was perfect for our needs. It’s spacious, clean, a great location and even better than the photos. A well equipped kitchen, lots of board games to keep us entertained in the evening, and lots of bathrooms. Kiran is a great host. Very responsive and nothing was a problem. Thank you so much for letting us stay in your lovely apartment.

from the time of booking, the hosts were responsive, helpful and couldn't do enough to make the process and stay as amazing as possible. The service was first class and the accommodation perfect! brilliantly appointed little private bijou home-from-home, it is modern, immaculate, cosy and welcoming. set in a beautiful piece of countryside and with the warmest and most helpful hosts you could hope for! if I could give six stars, I would! thank you once again for making our stay so fantastic, we hope to see you again in future.

Leah's place was a great option for an event at the Ice Arena. It's so central, close to many bars and restaurants. The arena was right across the road! I've stayed in many air b and bs and I have to say the beds were among the comfiest! The apartment was clean, had a huge terrace outside and despite the location was very quiet! Leah was incredibly responsive any time I had to message. We're already planning to return, highly recommended.

A well equipped apartment above a hairdresser’s salon. A good location for the pubs and restaurants in the town. Very clean. We would stay here again. However, we found parking to be a problem. The one time we used the allocated space we regretted it. As mentioned by others the access is very narrow and difficult to get out from without risking scratches to the car. We were out during the days and by the time we got back there was no road side parking left either.

whoaw. What an incredible place to stay. Stunning cottage in an absolutely gorgeous setting with easy acces to many walks and places to visit. Spotlessly clean and a fully equipped kitchen with top-notch equipment with extra bonus of fridge and freezer. Jasper our dog was very well looked after and even Paula looked after him whilst we visited Chatsworth house. I loved the alpacas and their cute little voices. This little gem is a must if you vist the Peak District. one of the best if not the best Air B and B. we stayed in and we have been to many. Thanks Paula and Rob for looking after us. We didn't want to leave.

Great apartment. Bigger than expected. Lovely cafe underneath. Noise is to be expected being above a cafe but it wasn't a problem to us. Nice pub across the road and a lovely footpath just after the pub to walk your dog. Kathryn was very accommodating and helpful.

Great flat in a very convenient location between Train Station and City Centre. The lockbox with key inside was in a strange place not in a great area at night but the communication was excellent and no problems finding it or the apartment. Spotless apartment, great host and would use again.

Apartment offers easy access to Nottingham sites. Comfortable beds, well appointed kitchen, and great sitting area to relax after a day of exploring. Convenient grocery store right across the street. Check out the Bath Inn around the corner too.

The apartment is very spacious and comfortable. Everything was perfectly described, and they even included a video to help with the information flow. There would be room for a desk or a larger dining table, but aside from that, everything was very comfortable. The hosts were helpful and responsive, and the self check-in and check-out made everything super convenient—we didn’t have to worry about arriving at a specific time. The two fully equipped bathrooms added extra comfort. I can only recommend this place to everyone—we enjoyed every minute of our stay!

The apartments we stayed in were modern, nicely decorated and clean. We couldn’t fault it. Apart from its very light in the morning as the skylights don’t have blinds. Would be useful to have a full length mirror too.

The apartment was lovely and had a great little balcony with lights and table & chairs. Unless you're fit though, please be aware that there are about 56 stairs to get up to the apartment. The beds were really clean and super comfy and the bathrooms were clean and had everything you needed too. A very central location so easy to get to most places on foot.

Clean and tidy apartment, which was comfortable and In a Great location. Dwain was amazing, super helpful and couldn’t do enough to help us. Felt right at home and would definitely recommend!
