We had a great memorial weekend stay with friends and family. We would definitely come back.

What a lovely lake cabin escape! Gilbert was communicative and very accommodating. We really enjoyed the kayaks, fire pit, and relaxing on the dock. The place has all the essentials and cute rustic charm. I’d definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful time at this lake house. Plenty of room for my family of five to spread out and relax and such a beautiful setting. The house had everything we needed to just relax and spend time there. The kitchen was very well stocked with equipment. My sons loved fishing in the lake and we all enjoyed sitting around to bonfire at night. It was wonderful. Next time we will stay for longer!

Can I just say WOW?!?! This stay was truly a dream Christmas family vacation that we will never forget. We had more fun spending time in the cabin than we did going anywhere else. There was space for the adults and kids to equally enjoy. The hosts were so caring and accommodating and even had a Christmas tree put up for us before we got there. The amenities, the space, the cleanliness, etc., were incredible! Lifelong memories, thank you so much!!!

Ruth was a wonderful host and communicated well. Her lake house was beautiful even though it rained the whole weekend but we definitely enjoyed our stay. Definitely recommend her house.

Barry and Tricia are both so lovely, they were always very professional and extensive with their responses which I appreciated. The house was gorgeous and very spacious. It was very clean with an amazing view of the lake behind. We met the previous owner and he was very kind as well. The only thing I could think to ask of them is to include more pictures in the listing! You are gatekeeping your gorgeous home! lol This is a worthwhile stay with a group of friends or family. This is our second time staying here for new years and it was great as usual. It is very peaceful at this property. Very clean and perfect for our group size. We would stay again.

We had an outstanding stay at the cabin, which was exactly as described. It was extremely well organized and clean. The hosts were excellent, responsive, pleasant and accommodating. The view was awesome and the cabin had everything you could possibly need for a relaxing weekend getaway. We will definitely look to stay here first, the next time we are in the area.

Great location. Even though we had bad weather we had a great time. Enjoyed the hot tub and the swing on the porch. The cabin was super cute and the view was amazing!

The cabin has a cozy feeling and is located nice and secluded at the end of a neighborhood, with plenty of privacy. Due to the weather we did not get to enjoy the outside but the bonfire looks like a great place to sit outside with family or friends. When booking, we didn’t realize the upstairs bedroom does not have a door, although this did not bother us because it was just my wife and I. We would go definitely come back here. Host was friendly and easy to communicate with.

We loved this lakeside cabin. Both the cabin and exterior were very clean and well maintained. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. The screened outdoor patio was great for meals. We really enjoyed the kayaks and hot tub, as well. There is a short walk to a beautiful waterfall. Access to the cabin was easy. Sarah, our host, is an excellent communicator. Our stay at Dragonfly Den was truly relaxing and enjoyable. The home was very clean, cozy, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed, from a fully equipped kitchen to a comfortable living space with a lovely fireplace that made it feel warm and welcoming. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and we all slept great during our stay. One of our favorite parts was the peaceful pergola in the backyard. It was the perfect spot to unwind, enjoy a cup of coffee, and watch the river, we even saw some beautiful wildlife passing through. The location feels tucked away and private, but still accessible. The drive in does have some steep hills, but we had no trouble at all with good weather and it added to the adventure. Russell was a fantastic host, responsive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. We’d absolutely stay at Dragonfly Den again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway in a beautiful setting.

Absolutely beautiful place and oh so peaceful. While there is a road right by the house, it doesnt really distract from the beautiful scenery and noise of the creek nearby. We took advantage of basically all the ammenities. We went in the canoe, relaxed in the hot tub, enjoyed the convenient fire place and grill, caught a fish or two in the lake and had a great time being so close to some beautiful trails! And oh so many naps on the comfortable porch bed swing. The stairs to the loft were not an issue for us or our dog either, but note that they are steep, so they could be an issue for smaller dogs or people with mobility issues. We would absolutely love to be back again in the future!

This place was absolutely amazing! We really enjoyed our stay and the host were so friendly with very fast responses. The layout of the house is perfect and very spacious. Our favorite spot was the lower level with game room. The only thing that I would say needs updating is the outdoor area where hot tub is. The foosball table was broke and chairs around fire pit need a new coat of paint. But it was so hot outside we really never needed that space. The screened in porch was perfect, very nice! We will be back!!

Such a beautiful home. The house is super spacious and equipped with a lot of fun outdoor activities like air hockey and a fire pit. We really enjoyed the very clean jacuzzi especially while enjoying the spectacular the view from the deck. You can see the lake and the mountains in the distance. We really enjoyed our stay and loved that it was only a short drive to downtown Blue Ridge.

We had the best time at the treehouse. It was perfect for our anniversary trip. We took advantage of the lake access and hot tub! We also ventured about 8 minutes away to the Boat Dock Bar and Grill which had great food and drinks. Definitely recommend checking it out.

We had a wonderful stay at Michael’s cabin. The cabin was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The views of the lake from the cabin, the hot tub down by the lake and the canoe were some of our favorite things about this cabin.

This cabin is really lovely and secluded. A little difficult to find once you head up the mountain, but worth it. Try hard to arrive in daylight. The cabin is well cared for and clean and the beds are really comfortable! Everything that you need for a comfortable stay is provided. We totally enjoyed our stay, and Sheena is a great host who is easy to contact and provides all the information you need.

Such a beautiful, serene retreat! Our family of 4 had a wonderful stay at Michael’s cabin. It’s comfortable, adequately furnished and relaxing. Our boys LOVED using the kayak and paddle boat to fish on the lake for hours every day! Downtown Blue Ridge is a quick 15 minute drive if we needed to grab food or any necessities.

This was a very nice Airbnb property! not only did it meet expectations but it really exceeded them. the place was beautifully decorated and had a lot of nice little extras that we did not anticipate. The tree house was great, the beds were comfortable, and everything was spotlessly clean.

The hot tub offers relaxation while listening to the creek in the evening. Guests can expect restful sleep in the comfortable beds. A short hike leads to a picturesque lake and chapel, with nearby trails to beautiful waterfalls. I will definitely return for an extended stay.

Right when we opened the door the beautiful view greeted us from the dining room window. The cabin felt right at home with its rustic charm and a modern kitchen and gas grill outside sealed the deal. Loved the 3 level deck and we used the Hot Tub every night. We really appreciated how well stocked the towels and linens were. Overall we enjoyed our stay and can see ourselves coming back!
