We had an utterly fabulous week at Magalie's lovely gite. Very tranquil settings, just the sounds of the birds and peace and quiet. The grounds were beautiful tended and the gite was immaculate and very well set out and equiped. The beds were memory foam I think and very comfortable and lots of hot water. Important things i think when looking for reviews. It rained most days but the heating was on and very comfortable. ,Magalie and her husband were very helpful and lovely hosts. We will book again xx

We had a wonderful stay. The place is incredibly quiet and easily accessible. The house is very authentic and decorated with a lot of taste. The beds slept really well. The garden has many corners, terraces and places to explore. Our children loved the garden, the pool and the animals very much. The studio is a real added value, it is nice to walk in and discover all the beauty or participate in a workshop yourself. The hosts are very kind and welcoming and offer fine services (workshops, local products, gastronomy). We immediately felt at home here and hope to be able to come back!

We have just had the most amazing stay here! The house and grounds are stunning with amazing views. The house is very close to Bergerac but is very private in the countryside with vast grounds. We had such a peaceful and relaxing break. Jil was a wonderful host, so responsive and helpful. She sent great instructions for our arrival, lots of recommendations and also came over on the evening of our arrival to make sure we were comfortable and to explain things around the house, which was appreciated. Would love to stay again and will be recommending to friends and family!

We had a great time in the heart of Dordogne. The place is beautiful, overlooking the surrounding woods, the place is quiet and peaceful, if you like tranquility this place is for you. Heated pool and outdoor facilities really very good, being sick as well as my mom, we enjoyed it! The accommodation is functional and very well-equipped, the owners and Jessyca were very responsive to our questions and are present for any concern, very understanding and kind, we thank them 😊

Amandine was so welcoming and helpful making many recommendations. The property is in a lovely location and offers amazing accommodation that feels very homely. With a hot tub and pool you are spoilt for choice. Only 10 mins from Sarlat and 15 mins from Domme it is the perfect location to explore the Dordogne. Highly recommended

I rented this home to enjoy some family and friend time away from otherwise hectic French travel. This was perfect! It felt like staying in the home of a dear friend or family member. And, the host recommended a private chef who provided cooking lessons and a birthday luncheon! Unforgettable!! Unlike any other Airbnb property for its charming hosts, the beautiful character of the property and the amenities we enjoyed. Lots of nearby wineries, Bergerac had great charm and food, boat ride on the Dordogne, and more. No one wanted to leave! We hope to return!! Merci beaucoup, Karen & Charlie!!

Stunning! Yes the house is amazing and the space is well furnished and the material noble (wood and stone)… but for us it was the stunning views of the entire valleys and the bright stars in the jacuzzi at night which made this place unforgettable.

A small paradise in Périgord: If the word hospitality did not exist, Béatrice and Jacky would have to invent it. We spent five unforgettable nights in her lovingly designed cottage – with lots of nature, animals and peace to breathe. Her dog Nelson was friendly to ours, the horse Bohème also remained in our memory. Béatrice and Jacky are there for their guests with heart, humor and cordiality – attentive, open and wonderfully warm. The multi-course menu with specialties from Périgord, which Béatrice cooked with so much love and served both charmingly, remains unforgettable. Another time we made music together, on the last evening we sat together again with good food, wine and conversations. With her tips, we were able to discover the region wonderfully. Even during the thunderstorm with a power outage, Jacky was right there. The cottage is well equipped, the pool wonderful. It was just gorgeous. Thank you from the bottom of my heart - see you soon

A little piece of heaven. A beautiful setting and spacious room. So much thought and attention to detail has gone into this property. It has been built with love and the hosts are very eager to please. An excellent place. I particularly liked the cute cats and dogs the owners have and the gardens, as well as the cool party garage next to the pool with table football and other games to enjoy. Highly recommend

Very nice place to stay in a wonderful quiet large park. The roses smell nice and the terrace offers plenty of space to relax. You can hear the birds in the evening as well as the frogs at the pond... it was a great three days, a perfect end to the city.

The experience was perfect. Virginia's place and her husband is a haven of peace, we wanted a weekend in the green, we couldn't have asked for better. The newly renovated home has everything you need for a pleasant stay. The mezzanine bedroom is very nice, and cool thanks to its stone walls. The perfect bedding. The exterior is beautifully maintained by Virginia and her husband, both landscapers. The terrain is huge, which was the delight of our puppy who was able to run everywhere. No noise nearby is perfect for disconnecting and doing nothing. We really enjoyed the nearby villages / areas full of charms. A big thank you for the welcome, breakfast and everything else!

We had a great time with the family (with two young children and our dog). The accommodation was impeccable, very clean, pleasant to stay in and perfectly as advertised. The environment is quiet and relaxing, ideal for relaxing. The host was very welcoming and responsive to our messages, which made our stay even more serene. Very peaceful & relaxing stay, lovely walk into Monpazier with nice restaurants. Thank you to Gillian for inviting me to go horse riding with her, it was absolutely wonderful, we will definitely be returning.

Spacious, bright, very clean accommodation with a small sunny balcony and views of the cathedral. Free parking at the foot of the building. 10 min walk from the city center along the river. We had a great weekend. Air conditioning is a plus in the hot weather. We recommend it.

An amazing chance to stay in a real chateau. Really spacious apartment in one of the towers. Lots of places to explore and very quiet and peaceful. Alice and her team were very helpful and ensured that we had a wonderful few days.
