Hayts Chapel, on a beautiful and private half acre has a large open space with hardwood floors, high ceilings, partitioned bedroom, full bathroom, and kitchen. Large old windows with wavy glass let in tons of light, but insulated attic keeps it cool. Outdoors has an eating area, stone fire pit, and plenty of parking. Close to downtown, gorges, wineries and u-pick farms, this quiet setting with relaxing ambiance is a wonderful space for a home-base while visiting Ithaca and the Fingerlakes!

Have the best of both worlds in this private, fully renovated one bedroom carriage house, with fully stocked kitchen. Located on a low traffic, quiet road for your perfect weekend getaway to Ithaca. Close to restaurants and shopping. Within walking distance to Cayuga Hospital. Five minute drive to the Commons and ten minute drive the Cornell University or Ithaca College. You do have to walk about 50 ft through my grass so if it rains, you might want to bring some old shoes.

The home was spotless, with large windows that let in beautiful natural light and a lovely patio perfect for relaxing. The host was kind, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed. A truly serene and refreshing experience!

The place is super cozy. Great for a quiet and peaceful respite away from the city. Rhonda was very responsive, warm/friendly, and helpful. The neighbors were also really friendly and welcoming, and the ecovillage was near a pretty pond. We were also able to use the kitchen to make small meals and cook. Highly recommend if you're stopping by Ithaca and prefer something other than a generic hotel stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Chauncey House. This is a perfect place for enjoying downtown Ithaca and is close to everything. We were able to leave our car in the driveway and explore on foot. The suite is very comfortable with all the modern touches. The two wall-mounted A/C units keeps it cool in the summer. This place is very clean, and the hosts have an obvious attention to detail. Heather and David were very communicative and getting in and out of the suite was a breeze.

A newly constructed barn features a rustic wooden exterior, complemented by large garage doors and a basketball hoop. A well-maintained gravel area leads to the entrance, surrounded by lush greenery and lavender plants, offering a serene connection to the natural surroundings.

I highly recommend this AirBnB. R.J. is a truly great host. There was a big storm with a power outage. He immediately messaged me and within minutes was delivering a lantern. It matches the pictures exactly. The space is comfortable, clean and well appointed with everything you will need. This property is very peaceful, it feels remote but is only minutes from downtown Ithaca. If you are in the area and need a place to stay, do not look any further.

A spacious outdoor deck is furnished with comfortable wicker seating in a dark tone, complemented by blue cushions. Wooden flooring extends throughout the area, surrounded by lush greenery that provides a sense of privacy and connection to nature.
