Waterfront vacation rentals in Northwest Harbor

Great stay in Stony Creek Village with a view of Long Island Sound and short walk to the pier, Stony Creek Market (breakfast & lunch). I used the Library and went to services at the Stony Creek Congregational Church. Overall, a nice experience.

Beautiful location, love the the access to the lake as well to multiple activities in the private backyard. Great walking distance to the beach which was accessible at any time of day and night. Friendly environment, a lot of local moments throughout the day making the area felt alive even in off season. Close enough to the casinos, local restaurants and activities. Premises was quiet at night, didn’t hear other units other than light foot steps, as a light sleeper I had no problems having a good nights rest.

We had such a fun and memorable stay at this unique home! The layout was so interesting ,with a spiral staircase leading up to the attic, where there were two cozy rooms and a small library that we absolutely loved exploring. It added such a charming touch to the whole experience. The house was incredibly spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for everyone to relax. The views of the beach were absolutely beautiful …waking up to that was such a treat! The owner was lovely -very pleasant, helpful, and gave us some great recommendations on things to do in the area, which we really appreciated. Overall, it was a wonderful stay in a one-of-a-kind house, and we’d absolutely love to come back again!

Fantastic location! We were literally a two minute walk from the beach. The studio apartment was as advertised and we would stay there again. We highly recommend!

Beautiful place with helpful and friendly staff. Kitchen was fully stocked with anything and everything you need. Beach towels supplied as well. The front deck has a stunning view with a table and lounge chairs to enjoy your coffee or meals. While everyone's deck is attached, there are privacy screens in between so you aren't staring at your neighbors (and vice versa). As others mentioned, the walls are quite thin and quiet hours begin at 10. So, if you're a night owl this may not be for you, but you can choose to just stay out on the beach right up until you're ready for bed. Really quite the memorable experience and even though I'm a night owl myself, I would 100% stay again.

I have a lovely time at this charming home. It was exactly as pictured and advertised. The home is warm and inviting and I was very comfortable throughout my stay. The backyard has a beautiful view of a lake. I spent quite a bit of time on the rear deck reading and getting distracted by that view. Locally there is Greenport Village, Orient Point State Park and Inlet County Park to name a few of my favorite outings. Thank you to my host for being so responsive when I called with a minor issue one late evening. I hope to return for another stay one day in the future.

We had an absolute PERFECT stay here! First off- the house. This home is so charming in every way. We loved the way it’s decorated and laid out, and it’s so cozy, clean and beautiful. You are truly able to relax here. Also, the bed is extremely comfortable, the water pressure is great, and the A/C works very well. However, perhaps the best part of this house is the view! There are sliding doors in the living room and bedroom, and the view of the lake is breathtaking. The area is super safe and quiet, and you are in walking distance to downtown Niantic and the Boardwalk which you cannot beat! Also only about 20 minutes from Mystic. I cannot forget to mention how amazing our host, Katie, was! Super attentive and responsive with messaging, and she was even here doing yard work when we arrived so she greeted us which was such a nice touch. Overall, we will DEFINITELY be looking to stay here again! Loved every minute of it.

We had a great stay! Incredible one-of-a-kind view over the marsh. We saw so many different beautiful sea birds and an incredible sunset. Very short walk from the beach. Great place to stay with young kids. Well stocked kitchen with supplies and basic seasonings. Would return! Very cozy great family getaway! There are extensive requirements for clean up upon check out.

We loved our stay. The host was very responsive, friendly and accommodating. The place was spotlessly clean and well equipped for whatever we could think of needing and then some.

Great stay! Although it was a rainy weekend, we had a great weekend!! There were close restaurants and coffee shops and the house itself was perfect. Great aesthetic to the home, very cozy and relaxing.

I went there to relax and to see and hear the ocean... it didn't disappoint... Not only sand and ocean waves, but I got a birds-eye view of a small members only marina (dealing mostly in sailboats). Plus the added enjoyment of watch boat traffic since we're close to NY and the islands. Plenty of beach to play on and constant sm wave action. Lots of restaurants, stores and Costco all within 15 minutes of the house if you need something. I would definitely return to enjoy this sanctuary. Sandy Y. Manchester CT

Loved our girls’ getaway on the North Fork! Mae’s house is the perfect spot with a quick walk to the beach and gorgeous views right from her backyard - even close drives to beautiful Southold, Mattituck, and Greenport. I will absolutely stay again!

Loved my stay! The home was spotless and beautifully maintained, offering stunning water views that made sunrise a must see. It was incredibly peaceful and perfect for relaxing. Highly recommend for anyone that is looking for an escape in a serene setting.

John and Cathy are amazing hosts. This was our second consecutive summer stay in their condo and it does not disappoint. The place and the amenities they provide are amazing and they are a wonderful couple who respects your privacy but are there for anything you need. Perfect spot for a Montauk getaway. Walking distance to everything dockside has to offer, great pool and lounge chairs on the property, very simple check-in via code with the front desk. Nick was kind and communicative our whole stay. We’ll be coming back!

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Cliffside for our wedding weekend! Alice was very flexible with us, which we appreciated because getting married is chaotic enough LOL. Would highly recommend staying here. The unit was spotless and had a wonderful view. We could not have asked for a better stay!

We loved Montauk - low key, wild and upmarket at the same time. This apartment was perfect, super quiet yet near everything and loved seeing wild deer from the terrace

Great retreat for a long weekend. Enough space for family of four. Easy access to everything in the Greenport area. Mia was very responsive, and the place was great. We would stay here again!
