Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Northumberland County

Rebeka's was the perfect fit for my trip. I needed a first floor bedroom for my elderly Mom and her dog. There were just a couple stairs to get in the front door and the neighborhood was level and walkable for her and the dog. We felt safe and the wifi was very fast and easy to get on. For those visiting knobels it was right around the corner (signage was everywhere). If you did bring a furry friend the restaurant Paws and Plate was a great dog friendly stop to eat and have a drink.

The house was great. Very close to my daughter's wedding venue. The deck on the main level was amazing, like being in the tree tops as it was on the second level on the back side of the house and there was lots of foliage for privacy. I enjoyed sitting out there very early in the a.m., listening to the birds. My elderly mother kept remarking what a great place the house was. She very much enjoyed all the personal decorating touches. The listing did state you had to be able to climb stairs and this is definitely true. Our younger family enjoyed the pool table, pinball machine (bring quarters) and the corn hole boards. The only recommendation I would suggest is a couple of grab bars for the bathrooms would be an added safety feature for all ages. Personally met Jason during our stay and he was very friendly and offered any help we needed. If I ever have a reason to stay in the Sunbury area again, I would definitely choose this property!

The views from the front porch alone were worth the trip and stay! Having coffee in the morning with the breathtaking landscape brought such joy and peace to my soul. If you’re looking for a quiet, peaceful place to get away, without being too far from lots of things to do, this is a great stay. Ada was SO friendly and made our stay so welcoming. We had such a great weekend!

Felt right at home. Around the corner from where I grew up. House very clean and well stocked. Loved the garage living room Spent a lot of time on the porch Quiet location. Very nice backyard. Hot tub very clean. A+ for “birding” nearby. Will be back next trip back “home”.

Naomi’s house was better than what the pictures offered! Its is a beautiful home that can have everything you’re looking for, in its own private area. It was the perfect home for us for a short weekend stay, offering many amenities as well as recommendations. We would definitely stay here again, especially if we want to escape the town after a long day of off roading! I would recommend to anyone.

This was a great place to rent for my family and I for a long weekend. We rented this place because it was close to Knoebels and that is what we wanted to do all weekend- to enjoy the park and have a relaxing getaway. The house was huge! Had plenty of space for all of us and it was fully stocked with games, firewood and towels. We will definitely consider coming back for our next year's trip!

This place fit perfectly for us over a busy weekend attending the PIAA Championship. Great kitchen, great bedrooms, useful utilities and modern amenities. The hosts were proactive and helpful. Highly recommend!

We had a fantastic stay! The house was perfect—clean, comfortable, and in a beautiful area. There was a great place to eat nearby, Woody’s, and we loved being so close to Knoebels amusement park. Both places were recommended by the host and truly made our trip. Highly recommend this spot!

Jane and her dog Bailey were the sweetest host and made us feel like old friends. We felt very much at home when we walked into her cozy and inviting Airbnb. We got to enjoy her lovely patio space and made memories making s’mores and downloaded a bird song app that she told us about to identify the songs of the birds. Jane did very well in recommending places to check out and we would have loved to, but our schedule was filled with other family things so we didn’t get a lot of time to check out the children’s park and the local attractions. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. 10 out of 10 would recommend

This apartment was absolutely beautiful, just like the photos. Plenty of amenities both in the bathroom and kitchen and we were greeted with a handwritten card and small box of chocolates, making us feel very welcome. Jason was prompt with responses as well. Very comfortable and in easy walking distance to downtown shopping and dining. Would highly recommend and would definitely book again for our out-of-town guests.

Absolutely fell in love with this beautiful farm on 60 acres. The house/apt was lovely with fresh flowers from Amy and snacks and coffee and all you need for cooking for a great getaway. We loved it so much we are coming back for another 3 weeks. Bonus was allowing our dog to run free on this beautiful property with at least 2 ponds. I highly recommend this place to anyone staying in the area (Bucknell or Susquehanna).

We had a wonderful stay! The place was decorated nicely, was very clean and cozy, and the owners were very helpful, friendly, and accommodating. We also loved the convenience of walking less than 5 minutes to the shops and restaurants downtown.

This is our second time staying at this location, and it is just perfect. The new pickleball court was a nice addition, we played a few games. Carpetball is still the MVP, we had way too much fun playing that. The house is huge, plenty of space for a larger group, three full bathrooms, we never felt like we were on top of each other. We'll be back next year for sure! Thank you!

This was the second time our group of five families have booked Reuben's house for a weekend away together. For our group of 10 adults and 8 young children this place is a weekend reunion paradise - private and secluded outdoor space where the kids can play in the creek, bike the driveway, and explore, huge porch for everyone to enjoy, bonfire space for smores, pickleball court & hot-tub - we couldn't ask for better. Reuban is proactive and helpful in communicating and the space is beautifully designed. We look forward to coming back many more times!

Went camping with a group of friends and had a good time. Felt private and had access to the whole area since nobody else was booked that weekend. Would recommend if you're looking for a laid back getaway.

Unfortunately due to a family emergency I had to leave before even spending the night. still its such a beautiful cabin in a great area! can't wait to visit again.

If you are thinking of booking this place, do it!! You won't be disappointed! Extremely clean, very comfy beds, beautiful interior & top notch kitchen. The hot tub was awesome, very private, and the view is amazing with the stream that runs behind the house. There isn't any wifi or TV's but we had good cell signal to call/text when needed. Definitely don't let that change your mind - being "unplugged" was great! We played a lot outside with the kids - there's an actual pickleball court in the driveway & tetherball in the yard! Plus a lot of other outside stuff to do. They have a closet full of board games (which came in handy since it rained off/on during our stay) Pingpong table was a big hit with the kids too! Communication was fantastic - I got a reply back each time very quick. I would give this place a 10 star rating if I could.

We absolutely loved our peaceful stay. Having the river be constantly in our view brought so much peace and tranquility to our stay. Would love to be back here some day. The house was comfortable and very clean. The street did have near by neighbors but it was quiet. We were able to use the pool at the nearby resort. We had a memorable stay here- highly recommend!

My family and I absolutely loved our stay here. Very quiet- peaceful- beautiful home. We enjoyed the fire pit the most. I can see us coming back again at some point in the future. Christopher was very quick to respond to any questions that I had. Thank you again for opening up your home to us.
