Monthly Rentals in Northport

We could not have been happier with our choice to stay here and the experience was seamless! The interior design, amenities and cleanliness were on par with any hotel but with a more private and peaceful location in a beautiful and historic neighborhood. It's a convenient location to have access to everything in Cold Spring Harbor, Huntington or for catching a train to and from Manhattan. Communication was great and there was nothing we needed that wasn't already provided, would definitely recommend this tiny home to anybody visiting the area.

Jeannette was there to greet us and made sure we knew where everything was and that we had everything we needed. She even provided breakfast. Her place was immaculate. The location was amazing. She made our departure very easy. We are looking forward to staying there again. If you looking for a great place to stay, this is it.

I would give Ian 20 stars as a host if I were able. He is a very warm & personable host. As far as the lodging, the kitchen area is nice & big with a butcher block island good for meal prep. The bed is comfortable with a nice fan available in the bedroom. Trash is handled by the host — you just put it out in the common hallway. Accommodations were stocked with all the essentials, too (TP, trash bags, cleaning supplies, etc.) I have stayed in many short-term rentals & Ian was THE BEST host I have ever had.

Clean, spacious, lots of amenities, nice personal touches like flowers and snacks, comfortable bed (very important to us), big yard with fire pit. Great lighting in living room to read by. Close to businesses and restaurants and beaches. Overall great stay! Sara was a very responsive host!
