The hosts were very accommodating and responsive, especially when we had questions and concerns. The location is also accessible ane convenient, as the tourist spots, restaurants, and shopping areas are nearby. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay here!

Spent few days at Loc Homestay and really love this place . It felt like home!! This place was so cool when we first walked in when the outside temperature was 100 *F . Host was so friendly , answered all the questions and on top of that , she let us check in super early !! Will definitely recommend this place !!!

미딩 지역에서 걸어다니기 수월합니다. 바로 앞이 공터이긴 하지만 시끄럽지 않습니다. 미딩이 한인타운이라면 길 건너편인 이곳은 로컬느낌이 조금 더 있습니다. 필요한 것은 다 있습니다. 침대도 깨끗했고 주방도구들도 모두 잘 갖춰져있었습니다. 냉방도 잘 되었습니다. 럭셔리하지는 않았지만 가격대비 완벽했습니다. 감사합니다.

Beautiful place with a perfect location. With Uber's being about 1 USD per trip, this location was perfect for the price. You get so much for how much it costs and it is just great.

We stayed at Thao’s place for almost 3 weeks and it truly felt like home away from home. So sad to leave! The apartment is super spacious and nicely decorated. There are 3 balconies to choose from and a gorgeous rooftop! It is bright and clean and you rarely hear the noise from the street or neighbours. Location is great - away from the madness of the old town but easily walkable. The local area has great restaurants and cafes too. This apartment would be perfect for a short or a long stay. Thao goes above and beyond to make sure you have a comfortable stay. She is kind, responsive and helpful. Truly an incredible host. We will definitely be back should we return to Hanoi. Thank you so much!

Limh place is lovely located on edge of lake and end of line so no neighbour on one side. Pool is also nearby with fantastic view. Kids loved the park and its activities.

This place is really nice. Our check in time was 2:00 pm but our bus from Sapa to Ha long Bay bus arrived around 5:30 am and the host arranged us to stay starting from 9 am , actually the check in time is 2:00 pm . In addition, she showed the restaurants around the house. We stayed at this place two nights three days and on that first day, the electricity went out due to repairing underground electrical process( government did it and it is not fault of the host) but the host didn’t take fees for that day and also she asked us to stay hotel . She is really kind and friendly .

Trước hết thì nhà hơi cũ so với trong hình nhưng được cái không hề hôi. Nhà vệ sinh không hề bị hôi mùi gián hay gì luôn. Nhà cũng không có một con kiến nào. Không biết bạn chủ nhà làm hệ thống đường ống với khử mùi như nào mà đỉnh thế. Bạn chủ nhà reply nhanh. Quy trình check in cũng rất dễ, nhận chìa khóa từ bác bảo vệ bên dưới và cứ lên phòng thôi. Để sài được thang máy thì phải cần thẻ mà thẻ thì mỗi phòng chỉ được 1 cái thôi, chìa khóa vào phòng thì được 2 cái. Nên để lên tầng thì mình hoặc người nhà mình phải nhờ bảo vệ bấm nếu đi riêng. Được cái bác bảo vệ thân thiện cực nên mỗi lần nhờ đều rất thoải mái. Nhà cửa tiện nghi đầy đủ. Máy lạnh mát. Phòng tắm có nước nóng, khăn tắm, sữa tắm và dầu gội đủ cả. Địa điểm nhà thì thôi rồi quá đỉnh luôn. Xung quanh toàn nhà hàng, cà phê, quán ăn. Đủ loại phân khúc, sang có, bình dân có luôn. Đi tầm 5p là tới cái chợ nho nhỏ. Cuối đường thì có cái Vincom, đi coi phim, mua sắm đồ cũng tiện.

Super logement pour vivre à Hanoï. À l’écart de l’agitation du centre ville, cet hébergement est idéal. Service ménage, gardien, parking et appareils ménagers parfaits. Petit bémol pour le manque de vaisselle, inconvénient seulement si vous comptez y vivre.

Cadre exceptionnel. Vielle Maison authentique. Les photos parlent d’elles-mêmes. Thu Ha est très réactive et amicale. De très bons repas sur place possibles. L’équipe sur le lieu est très attentionnée. Nous avons adoré la nuit au milieu de la jungle. A recommander pour les amoureux de nature.

Had a longer stay of 30 days planned in Sapa starting beginning of February. I‘ve shorted my stay to about 5 days, as it was quite cold and foggy. Scott was so kind as to refund the whole stay, even though the Airbnb terms and conditions said there was no fund available. I very much appreciate this kind gesture and that surely speaks for itself! Moreover, the communication was very kind and Scott was very responsive. When it comes to friendliness, and communication, everything was superb. As someone who requires fast and steady internet access, I was displeased to find that the internet did not offer that. It would break at times during calls while I was a guest at Scotts airbnb. Reportedly there was a temporary internet problem as a cable was broken or so, so this may be different in the future. The kuti was very simplistic and cozy and had a good vibe. The host was very kind and spoke good english. Hikes and nature all around. Its a cozy place for a short term stay in sapa!

We had a great time there - it was basically the best way to end our time in Vietnam. Truong's place is right next to the Westlake, a nice and peaceful neighbourhood. There are lots of nice cafes within a minute walking distance and also local restaurants around. We had a very late check-in (after mid-night), but Truong was so nice coming around and introducing us to his apartment. Thanks a lot! We definitely recommend this place!

I had the best time at Mai's home, ideally located up in the valley where the region gets the prettier, you will get to enjoy a cosy place to stay and a warm welcome from the family. Mai was really proactive in helping to get to the house, which can be tricky on your own, but it was the best place to go on hikes for the day and coming back felt like a haven. If you are looking for a getaway from the agitation, to have a rest to the sounds of nature, here is your go.

The place is beautiful and the room was spotless and clean, the staff were super helpful. However it is a little further away from everything but luckily you can rent scooters from them !!

Chủ nhà nhiệt tình. Dễ thương. Nhà sạch thoáng. Đồ gì trong nhà cũng xịn xò nhất là đối với bạn nào nghiện đồ bếp và mấy dụng cụ như tụi mình. Chăn mền và ghế sofa thoải mái. Góc với đồ vật trong nhà chỗ nào cũng sống ảo được 😍. Bước chân xuống dưới là mall. Dọc 2 bên đường quán ăn sáng, trưa, tối nào cũng ngon. Mình thấy rất phù hợp với những bạn đi công tác hoặc team đông người. So với các loại căn hộ ở Hà Nội thì mình thấy ở đây là suất sắc nhất. Siêu tiện ích.

Beautiful scenery! Definitely "rustic". A part of the "homestay" meaning constantly able to get meals/recommendations/play with the local pets, but still tons of privacy. thanks so much for the warm welcome!!

Very nice place as advertised. Nice lake view, and a lot of hotel amenities like bars, pools, golf, ping pong and pool tables. About 20 minutes from old town.

the entrance is located in behind of building so it is difficult to find a little bit. but when you enter it, it is gorgeous place and very comfortable
