This home was beautiful! The listing was accurate and it was easy to find and had all the amenities you'd need. I wish that I had booked it for more than one night. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Renaud even had it decorated to celebrate my daughter's graduation which made all of us smile after a long day of travel. The bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in--and my home bed is pretty comfortable so that's hard to beat. Everything was clearly labeled and easy to find, which is great in an Airbnb. Free parking was very appreciated and easy to find right out front of the door. I will definitely stay in this location if I need a peaceful clean place just outside of the busy city of Philly.

We haven’t been back to Philly in over 10 years! It was nice to have a safe, clean and easily accessible place to stay. The stairs were a bit of a challenge after walking all day, but I knew that when I booked it! Just letting others know. I apperciated all of communication and help from the hosts. If I ever come back to the city, I would stay here again 100%!

In one word, "WOW". The Mill is a unique peaceful oasis . It feels so secluded ,yet its conveniently located. The mill itself is outstanding and the landscaping is lovely. Its clear that logan and lou have put a great deal of care to create this amazing space. The view from the stone deck overlooking the Perkiomen creek was breathtaking . I enjoyed relaxing and listening to the sounds of the creek ,every evening. The bed was so comfortable. I appreciate that your home is dog friendly. I cannot say enough good things about my stay. I'd give 10 stars if I could. Thanks for opening up your home to us. Teresa

What a great place to stay! Very comfortable for family with teenagers. Very walkable and lots of great restaurants nearby. It was very quiet considering how centrally located it is. The house was very well stocked and we appreciated all the treats they left for us. Richard was very flexible and accommodating. We had a car and parking was actually very easy. We found a spot nearby every time we parked. But really you don’t need a car- we walked almost everywhere. This was the best Airbnb we have stayed at yet!

My family has just returned from an overnight stay at Barbara's beautiful home - and we all wish we could have stayed longer! Barbara is an incredibly responsive host. She was quick to reach out with any information we needed and returned all messages promptly. The photos of the house do not do it justice - this historic home (built in 1813) has been lovingly restored. As a history buff, I was taken in by the architecture of the home. The original moldings, beautiful woodwork and high ceilings are just wonderful. The kitchen and bathrooms are modern and spotless. The kitchen had anything one might need, all well organized and easily accessible. The home is tastefully decorated and the hosts have thought of everything - each room has a rack for hanging clothes and luggage (very convenient!) Beds were comfortable and the hosts provided extra pillows, linens and towels. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the deck overlooking the lovely wooded property, serenaded by wild birds. Wonderful!

Katelyn was a great host, everything was as described and she worked with me to make sure I could book another one of her properties since this one didnt have the full availability I needed. Will recommend to others!

We have stayed at Melanie’s place several times and it is so convenient to the shops and restaurants in Phoenixville. Also lots of great walking trails. Melanie’s place is comfortable and stocked with everything you need.

Loved our stay here during the Metallica concerts! The place was spotlessly clean and beautifully designed inside. The bed was very big and super comfortable—way better than an $800 hotel night, especially with a backyard to smoke, which is hard to find. The host was amazing—provided free slippers and a full bottle of wine, plus allowed a late check-out and an extra day, which was a big plus. The neighborhood is high-crime, but the police station on the corner kept us feeling safe, and all the neighbors seemed nice. A $12 Lyft to Center City Rittenhouse Square was convenient. Highly recommend for a great Philly trip!

J's place was spacious, bright and airy, 4 minute walk to the train that took us directly to City Hall-within a few minutes to Ritten House Sq. Fishtown has cute bars and restaurants in walking distance as well.

Our stay at Dee’s place was perfect. Upon walking in I immediately noticed how clean the space was. We had everything we needed. The bed was so comfortable and the linens and towels were so soft. The dresser was large and allowed us to unpack and not live out of our suitcases! The Wi-Fi was easy to get on and strong. The neighborhood is quiet. Dee is an excellent communicator and we really enjoyed meeting her. The next time we come to Willow Grove to visit family we know exactly where we will be staying… at Dee’s.

This apartment is in a wonderful location, near Rittenhouse Square, many restaurants, coffee shops, very walkable and beautiful. It was quiet, private and convenient!

I had a wonderful time staying at Chandra and Teddy's place. By far, it was the cleanest and best-equipped Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. Everything you could possibly need—and more—was provided. They truly go above and beyond to ensure you have everything you need and feel completely at home. The location was incredibly convenient, just a 15-minute drive outside of Philadelphia, and the included parking space was a great bonus. It gave me peace of mind knowing my car was safe overnight, while also providing a quiet place to sleep. Overall, my stay was great, and I’m already looking forward to staying there again on my next trip to Philadelphia 😊
