Starlight Carriage House - 5 min Wayne & Villanova

Escape to this comfortable, newly renovated one-bedroom apartment in a stand-alone 120-year-old carriage house. This property has a kitchen, bath, and bedroom. Starlight was one of three horses stabled at one point on the first floor. We preserved the structure's cedar shake exterior, its wood beams and original floors, and exposed the interior cupola. It’s a joy to see it all come back to life! One guest wrote, "I loved watching the shadows of the trees as they danced across the room."

This is an Older Yellow Bungalow House and it's located in a quiet street with little or no traffic and walking distance to 2 parks. All major highways are less than 3 miles away, such as 295, 73 & the NJ Turnpike, as well as a many shopping centers, restaurants and malls nearby.

My place is close to major highways and shopping, 10 minutes from DIGGERLAND. 30 minutes to Philadelphia Convention Center. Atlantic City - 1 hour away. Neighboring towns are Medford, Mt. Laurel, Cherry Hill and Voorhees. Our house is in a residential neighborhood. It has a large fenced in back yard with an inground pool. There are 4 bedrooms: 1 queen bed master, 1 full bed, 2 twin beds, 1 queen. Owner onsite in private inlaw suite, from main home.

A traditional rowhouse on a small quiet street, yet only a quick walk to Philadelphia's famous museums and Boathouse Row, Kelly Drive for biking, running and walking, Fairmount Park, and only a little further to Whole Foods, Eastern State Penitentiary and Center City. Great restaurants close by and public transit with 4 bus lines within a block. Two fixie bikes for riding the beautiful Schuylkill River drives and for quick trips into Center City.
