Aaron's place was a perfect little cottage for a weekend away. Aaron provided easy instructions to get in and it was easy to navigate even in the dark. The cottage was clean, neat and bigger than we expected. The extra double sink area is great, especially with girls. The area is very quiet and very close to anything you may need. We would stay again if we are in the area. Highly recommend.

The location was wonderful. I have been working in Wilmington for years but had never been in Arden. What a gorgeous spot that is, and so very convenient to all of Wilmington and so easy to hop on and off the highway. Susan was extremely kind and thoughtful and we appreciated her advice and help. We had our little Havanese with us and it was so convenient to have a fenced in back yard so that she could easily go in and out. It was a lovely stay.

Orlando was a fabulous host, very responsive, accommodating and generous. The house is really spacious, allowed for a large family gathering for our daughter’s graduation, and the kitchen well appointed for food preparation for a crowd. The beds and bedrooms and bathrooms were all great, comfortable, and clean. The top floor bedroom/bathroom especially is like a luxury suite! really gorgeous. Thanks for making our weekend a special one! We appreciate the very accommodating late check out as well. Hope to visit again!
