Vacation rentals with breakfast in Philadelphia

I spend much of my year in hotels, so when I’m looking for an Air BnB I really value a place that feels comfortable, welcoming and is a space I am comfortable to just hang out - Lynn’s beautiful house in Narberth is all of the above. We were looking for a place to stay for our daughter’s graduation from nearby Bryn Mawr college. Lynn’s place is charming - spacious, great artwork, plants and we’re pet people so loved meeting her cats, birds and fish. It’s hard to find good AirBnB rentals in this general area and this one is a jewel - the neighborhood is great - residential, lots of young families, safe, green and leafy and with downtown Narberth on the doorstep. Lynn was super responsive despite being in Vietnam during our stay, she had connected us with her neighbor who was not just a helpful resource but would check-in on us via text during our stay. Parking was very easy as Lynn has a couple of street spaces right outside and the street is quiet. 5/5 would stay again!

The accommodation perfectly matches the description: very clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The house is ideally located in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood, yet easily accessible and close to public transport, making it easy to get around. The place is in a good location. It was safe and not too far from downtown Philly. I took an Uber into town each day and then took one back whenever I was done. Shannon does provide rides (for a fee) for her guests when she’s home and available, which was nice. The only negative is that one must climb several flights of stairs to get to the room. Other than that it was an overall good experience. I would definitely stay here again.

This place is amazing for a night stay! Firstly, the host was very responsive. I was sent clear rules and requirements for this place. Very clear and direct. This is an apartment in a quiet neighborhood and the whole unit is very quiet. It made sense they also expect you to be quiet in their place. The whole neighborhood was so quiet that when a car drove by you could clearly hear it. The room was very spacious. More than enough room to stretch. The bed was comfy and plenty of pillows were provided. A towel in the bedroom. Big bottles of shampoo, conditioner and soap in the bathroom. Very clean throughout the place. This might not be the place if you don’t bring a car and expect to just walk around the corner and find all the attractions, but to me it was everything I could ever ask for. Very clear instructions. Very easy communication. Will stay here again :)

House was very spacious. It had everything we needed. I was nicely impressed by the stocked supplies in kitchen if needed . The house made us feel comfortable and we were able to stay under one roof and it not cost us an arm and leg! Thank you for supplying the xtra fan when we needed xtra air! Lovely home in Glenside! Joe's house is warm, bright, cheerful and welcoming. Joe was very welcoming and we had a wonderful conversation about family, music, and other things. The backyard is also lovely - there's a family of cardinals that live there. The room was very comfortable and well-appointed. Would DEFINITELY recommend!

This place is a gem. It is comfortable, stylish and has the best private rooftop around. We would love to return! The hosts were very responsive and helpful.

This was a great spot for my family to stay. We were in town for a family wedding. We had the apartment on the second floor, so there were stairs. There were people above and below us. My elderly family members navigated the stairs by going slow. I adored the next door neighbor. D. gave us tips about the neighborhood and he was a delight to chat with. We appreciated everything, thank you! Check if there are certain smaller amenities you need before you go.

Our family loved staying at Gary’s place for our Philly vacation. It was incredibly clean, we felt secure in the house and neighborhood, and the free parking made it so easy for us to come and go. The home is exactly what you see in the listing, and Gary is an excellent host with super quick response time and detailed instructions and recommendations.

Great location in Manayunk. Walkable to downtown. Having a parking spot was ideal. The space is beautiful and unique. We enjoyed our trip and would stay again on another trip to Philly!

Great place. Very nice and spacious apartment. Very Comfortable. Walking distance to bus route to take you into the city center. Host was very responsive and friendly.

Rob and Amanda’s place was what I was looking for. The place is at the center of everything, making it easy to get to where I needed to be for the few days I stayed. The hosts gave excellent explanations and were responsive and kind.

I lived with Steve's family for a long period and I have no words to describe how beautiful my experience was. Very friendly, respectful, amazing family. The house is clean and secured with the fire system. Very supportive family for those who study English as a second language. They provide free trips to explore the city and rural areas every now and then. Personally, every time I visit Philly, Steve's house is my first choice, because of how welcome and kind they are. Marcia is nice, friendly, and responsive. The place is spacious and the kitchen is well equipped. The place is close to transit stations (a regional rail station, a few bus stops, and a trolley station). There're several stores and restaurants close to the the rail station. The neighborhood is peaceful. In all, during my stay, I felt at home, and would like to stay again if I have a chance!

We loved our stay at James and Dorothea’s place! Their bed & breakfast is gorgeous inside and out! The hosts made us feel right at home in luxurious accommodations, a hard balance to achieve, and did so expertly. Breakfast was more than enough and delicious every day, and Dorothea took extra care to accommodate my delicate gut with the fruits I can eat and gluten-free bread, tortillas and waffles. I loved walking my dog and seeing the horses every morning. This was a fantastic, romantic get away for my husband and me, well-priced, and the first Air B&B I feel I will definitely return to. Thank you, thank you for opening your home to visitors. We loved it!

What a great find! JoAnn is a brilliant host and makes everything so easy. Her home is perfectly located in a residential area just a few blocks from the village and university. This is a real BnB, where she makes a beautiful breakfast for you, rare these days. I found the bed to be perfect. The room was just what I needed, with my own air control and work space, I had everything I need. This place is a gem. Book it.

Molly and Dan are fantastic people. They welcomed us into their home and made us feel like a party of the household. The house is full of warmth and charm found in antiquity. They’re black cat was super friendly. Would 100% recommend a stay at the James Matthew’s house. Beautiful garden, private covered porch, and so many snacks!!

Absolutely wonderful on all fronts! 10 out of 10 would recommend to others and will happily stay here again!

Always great to stay at Jo-Ann's! We came for my brother's graduation at Swarthmore. The house is cozy, the room is comfortable, and Jo-Ann is very kind and helpful. We're glad to have found her place and are grateful for her hospitality.

The perfect spot to stay if seeing a concert for the night or just wanting to explore Philly! Super easy to find, Alex & Sarah were super friendly and responsive!
