Monthly Rentals in Northeast Caye

We had a wonderful stay at this excellent location. The hosts were extremely kind and thoughtful. The views were spectacular. We were given some great guidance by the hosts on some places to eat we could walk to as well as a great Monkey River tour. You will love this choice.

The location was easy to find. Tracy was very responsive to my many questions. We got a free upgrade to the Canal House, which was larger and more luxurious than the one we booked. However, the stairs were problematic for me, and Tracy got the Gate House ready within 24 hours, which was a big improvement for me. I am so grateful that they worked so fast, and we were able to relax immediately. The Gate House was immaculate and had wonderful linens. They provided enough bath towels and beach towels for our stay. Laundry was on site. The Gate House was just steps from a private beach and beautiful pool. Tracy provided boogie boards and other small things on request that improved our stay even more. I would say he is a Superhost. The AC and Wi-Fi worked flawlessly. I only noticed one power outage (not Tracy's fault) while there, and it was pretty short. We found the entire house to be really comfortable. I don't think we will visit Hopkins again, but if we did we would stay here again.

Candace & Rick were wonderful. I cannot say enough about what great hosts they were while we were in Placencia. The bungalow was perfect for the two of us. I was a little concerned about not having air conditioning but that was not an issue with the beautiful breeze and the fans. It was very comfortable all day long. The sounds of the ocean and palms put us right to sleep at night. Everything is within walking distance from good food and drinks to shopping and excursions. Candace has great suggestions for everything you need or want, just ask. We will definitely be back!

We loved our stay! Clean space with everything we needed and central location. The pool was an extra bonus. Recommend to the Airbnb community. Phil was a great host.
