Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Northeast Calgary, Crossroads

My family spent 2 months. The house was exactly as described and Dean was an amazing host. Both him and his wife were warm and welcoming and made sure we were happy on our first night. They're super friendly and were happy to have conversations with us. Theres a fantastic view of downtown Calgary around the block and the bus and train are very close. The neighborhood is quite and peacful. There's grocery store within a 10 minute walk. I'd definitely recommend staying here to anyone

We have just returned from a great vacation at Amy's walkout basement apartment. Amy is a very responsive and friendly host, and returned our texts almost immediately. Check-in was easy, and the apartment was spotless. Situated in a quiet and peaceful place, with a beautiful view over the lake. The kitchen had everything we needed and a super comfortable bed. Stayed at Donny's place for my son's basketball tournament over the weekend. Donny was there when we got there. He was extremely friendly and helpful, showed us around the place and made us feel right at home. The foosball tabe was great, and there was more than enough room for the whole family to feel relaxed and at home. The place was easy to get in and out of and had some really cool ice cream shops nearby! highly recommend his place. thank you so much! Roger and Toni

I chose the place for its location close to the Calgary Marathon start and finish. Was pleasantly surprised by how great the house was: charming, comfortable, and lots of good taste. Enjoyed the hot tub, playing the records, and walking a couple minutes to Rosso coffee.

George is an excellent host! The home is gorgeous: it looks BETTER than the photos. The area, Kensington, is a gorgeous strip of restaurants, coffee shops, and boutique storefronts. We had an amazing time, and George's home was the cherry on top!

This was a fantastic stay! Our hosts, Richard and Teresa, were incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. The room was very comfortable and clean, with all the necessary amenities. A particular highlight was the stunning city view from the property. It was breathtaking both during the day and at night. Highly recommended!

Beautiful place! Very walkable to different areas in Calgary and perfect for our trip. The space was clean and well organized and maintained! Zachary was responsive to all our messages and was very helpful in explanations of the area as well as good communication for getting in and out of the bnb. It was an amazing space and would love to stay again.

Our stay with Beth was great! The location was perfect for our visit as it was a 5 -7 walk to our son and daughter in laws. The directions to get there were easy to follow, check in & out was fast and easy. The apartment it self was extremely clean and had everything it said it had. The only tiny complaint was the left hand shade in the living room was broken. But other than that, it was excellent! Would absolutely recommend and would definitely stay there again. One other thing is parking, although it does mention that there was NO on site parking, we did find underground parking a couple blocks away that we paid for but were unable to access it the entire trip. We did find parking along side of the apartment every night anyway, so it worked out anyway.

my husband and I stayed at The Guardian, which is the name of their condo building in their one bedroom condo overlooking beautiful downtown calgary from the 13th floor; the view is breathtaking, especially sunsets and all the lights, calgary tower etc. Jen and steven provided clear cut instructions for check in and check out, which made the process easy. above all, they are quite responsive on airbandb messages. their condo had all the amenities you can think of. the building gym was undergoing maintenance but it would be available otherwise. most important was the great parking spot they got us. i had described the size of the vehicle- larger suv- and they ensured we got appropriate size parking in the building heated underground parking garage! thank you for the snacks, unlimited tea, coffee, water :) all their appliances were top notch; brand new. thank you for welcoming us and for the banff pass! would definitely stay here again.

The space is as portrayed in the photos and is very cozy. Check-in instructions were incredibly clear and Tola was very eager to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Frequently checking in and communicating. Incredible host and space, would definitely come back.

Really nice place loved the aesthetics and theme, also the walk in closet was really cool. Dogs were friendly and adorable.

What a special little cottage. Don't expect luxury and that everything works flawlessly... it is just like your uncles cottage by the lake :) You wake up to nature and wrap up the day relaxed by the fire looking over a river. You are also steps away from amazing restaurants in the Mission on 4th st. We enjoyed every single day we were there and so did our dog chasing squirrels around and staring at beavers and geese on the river. Rhiannon is also super responsive and helpful anytime.

Rhiannon is very quick to respond to any questions (even when I had to message at 5 am because I forgot to ask her a parking question 🤦‍♀️) I love the property. It’s difficult to leave and want to go do other activities because it’s so peaceful. This is my second stay there and I’m sure I’ll be back as long as that old, beautiful house is standing. It doesn’t feel like you are in the heart of the city at all. I could just lay on that hammock and look over the river, while reading a book, for hours. My dogs enjoyed the yard and we were blessed with awesome neighbours, that also brought their dog along to the neighbouring Air BnB. It really is the perfect piece of heaven. You’d be crazy not to stay here.

This is a hidden gem. The property is outstanding for scenic views. The cabin was perfectly clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped for all of your cooking needs. There is a lovey soaking tub in the bathroom. The beds are comfortable and there are views from each. Omar is the host with the most. I felt welcomed and experienced great hospitality. The location is perfect. Close to the airport, maybe 20 minutes to downtown Calgary, and close enough for amazing road trips. I highly recommend going to The Royal Tyrell Museum. Don't pass this one up, truly a gem.
