Hyggeligt ældre charmerende sommerhus m. brændeovn

Hyggeligt ældre sommerhus på 55 kvm i rigtig sommerhusområde mellem Smidstrup og Gilleleje. Meget personlig indrettet med stor vægt på “hygge”. Der er 10 min’s gang til dejlig badestrand . Endvidere er der langs stranden en smuk sti (Gilbjergstien) på en skrænt, som fører ind til Gilleleje centrum (2 km) og hyggelig havn. Sjællands nordligste fiskerihavn. Hyggelig gårdhave og overdækket terrasse samt dejlig lukket have. Gilleleje er en af Nordsjællands hyggeligste byer med mange cafeer/rest.

Nyd de dejlige omgivelser i denne romantiske og charmerende bolig i naturen. En unik bolig for et par/lille familie der gerne vil slappe af og nyde freden, men være tæt på land, skov og strand. Haven og terrasserne giver masser af muligheder for at spise mad eller blot nyde den skandinaviske himmel. Specielt aftenhimlen kan anbefales - her kan I se masser af stjerner. Der er 12 km til den smukke fiskerby Gilleleje. 8 km til Tisvildeleje med strand, mange cafeer og restauranter samt shopping.

Wonderful vacation house situated a stone's throw from the water and the beach. Literally speaking! Here you can wake up to the gentle sound of the waves, almost calling your name, if you feel for a morning swim. On warm days, you can enjoy meals on the terrace most suitable to enjoy both the morning sun and also a beautiful view to the sunset. The high roof inside creates a good and spacious feeling making it easy for family and friends to enjoy life together during all times of the year.

Hop i morgentøflerne og badekåben og tag en dukkert. Her er perfekt til hygge med venner, to familier, eller en familie som ønsker at invitere bedsteforældre med på ferien. Sommerhuset er indrettet så der er rig mulighed for at være sammen, men også mulighed for at trække sig lidt tilbage.

Stunning, spacious summerhouse near beach & nature

Beautiful, spacious house in stunning, very private surroundings. Close to Liseleje with one of Denmark's best beaches, shops and restaurants. Idyllic country walks from outside the door, with the seven Bronze-age burial mounds virtually opposite the house. The perfect setting for a gathering of family and friends with plenty of room and comfort for all. 3 bedrooms and extra curtained off room hidden behind the fireplace, providing 2 extra beds. Numerous cozy outdoor seating areas.

Velkomne til vores idylliske sommerhus!

Vores sommerhus ligger i Evetofte/Melby på en dejlig, tæt beplantet og solrig grund. Her er der cykelafstand til det hyggelige Liseleje som byder på restauranter, cafeer og et hyggeligt butiksliv. Det er rigtig dansk ferie hygge når det er bedst. Liseleje har også en af Danmarks bedste badestrande med et magisk lys, når solen går ned efter en lang skøn dag. Vi har de seneste par år opdateret huset med nyt køkken, nyt badeværelse, efterisoleret, nye termovinduer samt en hel ny have.

Dejligt sommerhus klar til vinterudlejning

Charming, well-insulated holiday home with plenty of warmth, coziness and atmosphere - available for winter holidays or stays. The house is 100 m², on one level and includes 2 bedrooms, a spacious kitchen/dining area, a TV lounge, bathroom, and guest toilet. Heating provided by an efficient heat pump, and there's a lovely wood-burning stove. It's a 10-15 minute walk to groceries and Dronningmølle Station, 8 km to both Gilleleje and Hornbæk, and 55 km to Copenhagen.

Gyngestativ til børn. 2 minutters gang til lækker badestrand med livredder. 3 km fra Hundested med mange gode spisesteder, minigolf, indkøb og spændende havnemiljø.
