Great hotel apartment right in the heart of the city in the beautiful old Latin quarter of Copenhagen. Located in one of Copenhagen's most attractive neighbourhood you have everything within walking distance, from a big beautiful central park, cosy local bars, to small boutiques, walking streets, museums and some of the best restaurants of the city. You do not get a better place in Copenhagen. The apartment is situated in a charming old building with its own courtyard so it is completely silent, even though the life of the city is just outside.You are close to train/metro and buses that can take you everywhere. This loft-style apartment consist of 100 sq. meters. One bedroom with a double bed with the possibly to make a extra bed and baby bed on request, clean towels and bedlinen. Bathroom with washing machine and dryer. Dining room in conjunction with a kitchen that contains everything you need for cooking. The living room with cable network TV with many international channels and DVD player. There is free wifi. The house is in a quiet and culturally protected area in central Landskrona. Parking can be done in the area, but not free of charge, but costs SEK 2/hour around the clock. The apartment is located on the first floor of a two-family house, where the host couple lives in the apartment above. The area is approximately 74 sqm, divided into kitchen, bathroom, bedroom with double bed and two living rooms, one of which has a sofa bed. The yard is lush and inviting and offers several seating areas.

Lovely apartment on the 2nd floor with nice balcony by the bedroom. All necessities for a good stay. The apartment is away from road and noise sources. Courtyard with lawn, furniture and playground. Opposite side tennis/ball court and footpaths for active holidays. 60 m2 divided into 2 rooms with kitchen and bathroom. Bedroom with double bed and in the living room sofa bed that easily folds out to double sleeping space for one adult or 2 young people / children. Fast and free wi-fi and TV.

Boligen er totalt nyistandsat, alt inventar er nyt. En stue med vinduer mod den brostens belagte gård, med grønne træer, privat cykel parkering (til 2 cykler) og privat soveværelse med udgang til haven. I stuen en ny sovesofa og en dedikeret arbejdsplads. Lejligheden er egnet til den lille familie, eller 4 "gode" venner.
