Both the studio and its carpark are out of sight and sound of the road down a long sloping ROW that is shared with the main house. NOT suitable for guests with restricted mobility because of the stairs from carpark to studio (see photos). Uncluttered. Suitable for cooking, working, relaxing. 10min walk to nearest shop and bus stops.

Healthy Homes certificated. We have 2 car ports and the section is private and gated. It overlooks a Lilly pond and is in a rural setting. It is 4kms to Kumeu Village, New World Super market, Kumeu Showgrounds, Film Studio, and close to several wedding venues and restaurants.

Rustic cabins with great beach and native bush views. Enjoy a large deck with stunning views of Lion Rock, South and North Piha. Lap up the sunshine during the day and enjoy a perfect sunset at dusk. With two basic cabins one equipped for living and the other for sleeping including a double bed and bunk, basic kitchen and cooking facilities. Barbecue on the deck is used for cooking. Outside open hot shower, and a separate toilet.
