The apartment is very large, very sophisticated, in the photos it looks beautiful but in person it impressed me. Nathalia is very kind, since I arrived she made me feel at home and was always attentive to what I might need. 20/10 I'm very happy. 100% recommended.

The apartment is very nice, organized, clean and functional. It has a refrigerator, stove, and other necessary kitchen utensils. It is very well located near restaurants, pharmacies, San Pio park. This allows you to walk and enjoy a very pleasant atmosphere.

We stayed for 10 days, and it was an absolute pleasure, Valentina was always helpful if we needed additional things or info. We felt at home and felt welcome. We would recommend a stay here for sure. The place is much better than the photos. Very clean, well thought out for the comfort of the passenger and very cozy. A balcony overlooking the city, you can breathe space, there was privacy for each member of the group. With quick and easy access to Ventura Mall through the Homecenter and very close to Los Caobos restaurants. Mr. Jesús is a friendly, professional host, always available. The employees at the front desk are very helpful. My 85-year-old mom already “informed” us that this is where she'll be staying when she travels to Cúcuta. That says it all. Thank you very much, Mr. Jesús.

The apartment is very well maintained, well furnished and very clean, there is a bakery and an ara nearby, the doormen are very friendly, the location is very good, Gloria always responded to our concerns

Excelente kitchen, location, beds. Smaller, quaint building. Good daily exercise getting up the fifth floor by stairs nut well worth. Highly recommend this location

Luz was a very gracious host, Ivan was also helpful and friendly! The view is one of the best, it can't be matched to any other. It's centrally located which was great! The welcome gift was very nice and the drinkable water saved me a lot of trouble. The residential gym is one of the best I've ever utilized and it even has a view! It's not the host's fault but I did find the infinity pool to have some odd accessibility issues even when it was supposedly open. Overall, Luz and Ivan were great and the apartment was very memorable. Gracias! :)

Highly recommended. The house is very nice, its spaces are comfortable and very quiet. Juan is a very good host and is always willing to meet the needs of guests. Very central and with various shops nearby for all kinds of activities, and the best of all, you all walk.

If you like a place to stay without worries about the security of your family, this is the right place. The walking trails are amazing. Also, the cabin has a beautiful view. A very peaceful place to stay. Highly recommended.

Overall, the entire stay and the place were excellent. Highly recommended. The only observation is that there was no one to receive us to hand over the keys at check-in. And communication was very slow but the goal was achieved.

This trip is the multiple times I’ve rented Brian‘s place, it is so comfortable half the time I don’t even go out. Beds are comfortable, furniture is amazing. The location is ideal. Very very comfortable place with all the amenities you ever need. Like a home away from home situation. Brian is a great host very attentive. Always checking in seeing how I was doing. if you’re going to Cucuta this is definitely a must stay well worth the money.

Best air bnb host I’ve ever had, I came down to Colombia from Canada to get surgery with dr hector, the air bnb is only 5 minutes away from the clinic. Cesar was nothing but amazing!!! He was super sweet and attentive anytime I needed anything he was there and not to mention I missed my flight he let me come back to the apartment after my check out to take a nap and relax while I was getting my flights situated. I would definitely stay here again!

Maria is very kind and attentive, flexible with check-in and check-out times, open to requests. A very nice and quiet place, the photos don't do the space justice, it's much nicer and cozier. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary utensils; crockery, pots, blender, microwave oven and everything for cleaning. Travelers should note that the TV does not have access to streaming platforms, although there is an internet connection. There is no sound system or iron, but otherwise, it is an excellent place.

Good location, very comfortable apartments with everything you need Friendly concierge, the only bad thing is that it does not have thermopanel windows and the apartment is on an avenue where you can hear absolutely everything All the motorcycles and vehicles that passed by until dawn could be heard. It was hard to rest. I was with a 3-month-old baby and it was difficult to get her to sleep. should invest in noise-insulating windows to make the stay completely enjoyable, or specify this in the review.
