Apartamento with everything you need to feel at home my family liked the condominium has pool shops restaurants I was passing but if one day I return to Cúcuta I would definitely stay here

Señora Lili and her husband are very friendly and hospitable persons. It was always easy to reach them within some moments. We stayed 3 months and would highly recommend to stay at their place. It is well equiped and a wonderful apartment. Hopefully one day we will come back 🙂for sure we stay with you . Thank You for hosting us…

we came from Argentina to spend a long stay in town and chose this stay. Lili and Jorge are her husband, they are wonderful hosts, it has been a fabulous stay from the first day, the apartment as shown in the photos, with all the amenities, we felt really comfortable, everything was very close, very well located, the security of the whole and the apartment is excellent and the apartment is excellent and 24 hours, very kind staff, Lili and her husband gave us absolutely all the help and advice possible in what we need, the truth is that they are great people and with a lot of human warmth, always very attentive and good predisposition to help, we recommend them 100%, travelers, if they visit Cúcuta this is the best place to stay!!! thanks total guys🇦🇷 😌

The apartment is cozy and large. The security at the entrance gate we loved it because it makes the residences safer. I would recommend it

A perfect place to unwind. The area is very quiet, ideal for sleeping well and enjoying the surroundings. I loved how safe everything feels, which is very important to me when traveling. In addition, the accommodation was very clean, tidy and well maintained. You can tell the host's dedication. I highly recommend it! My only recommendation would be to fix the TV in the living room.

We had a great time with my family during Christmas. It’s is very well located, close to several malls and restaurants, however is not as walkable as we would like, since it is surrounded by big avenues. Besides that everything’s was amazing!

The place offers everything you need to feel at home, easy to get to and close to supermarkets. The area is safe and quiet. 100% recommended for long and short stays.

100% recommended, the accommodation is just as described, everything was very clean, it is cool and comfortable. Communication with Nydia is permanent. The biggest advantage is that it's close to downtown, in front of the Prosecutor's Office and the Electrical Company, it's very easy to get to all areas. Supermarkets, restaurants and cafes are very close to the accommodation.

I really liked the stay, it had everything I needed for my stay, there is a supermarket a few blocks away, the area is very nice and quiet, the hosts are very attentive to requests and concerns. I'd come back if I go back to the city.
