This home was the perfect place to stay for our family vacation. Charlie was responsive and provide incredible recommendations anytime we asked. The yard was private and secure and the neighborhood was quiet. The home has everything we needed! We didn't have to travel more than 30 minutes to beaches, delicious restaurants and ice cream. I would absolutely stay here again!

I was extremely impressed with David’s home. He had a welcome book with instructions and local recommendations. His house was immaculate and well maintained. He even had chairs and umbrella for the beach! I felt right at home. Thank you David! You go above and beyond to make your guest feel at home and it is noted!! I will definitely book with you again!

Loved the house, location, pool, and hot tub! Short walk to the beach. Dinner was delivered our first night which was incredibly thoughtful and convenient after traveling all day! Overall a great experience! Would definitely recommend

The house is cozy, comfortable, cleaned, and in a great location. You will find a very close mall with stores, restaurantes, and a Publix. We had an amazing and relaxing stay. We felt like home! I really recommend this place!

We were visiting for a concert and some family time. We accomplished both. Just a nice normal home with all the amenities to relax. Beaches, shopping and restaurants all a few minutes away. We did it all.

the house was absolutely perfect for our family vacation! the master bed was actually heaven. and we all fought over the amazing shower head in the main bathroom. the location is absolutely perfect just far enough from the beach but just right over the bridge to get there quickly. and walmart being right behind it comes in handy for all the items you find out you forgot to bring. will absolutely be booking again with her. already looking at 2 more weekends for this summer. we did not take advantage of the golf cart since we had a rental car but will definitely be using it next time!

Our stay was more than we could’ve hoped for! When we arrived the space was unbelievably clean and also had just about everything we needed for the whole week. Nicole is also an amazing host, and her response time to any questions we had during our stay was almost immediate. She is definitely the best host i’ve ever had, and she made our week so easy with her help and a beautiful place to stay.

The Best Airbnb Stay We’ve Ever Had! I truly can’t say enough good things about our stay at Steven and Nicole’s beautiful home in Seminole. From the moment we booked, they were incredibly thoughtful, responsive, and kind. The communication was seamless, the instructions were clear, and their warmth was felt in every interaction. The home itself? Absolute perfection. It was immaculate, smelled so amazing the moment we walked in (I have since ordered the same diffusers for my home it smelled that great!!) and was stocked with every amenity imaginable — from fresh linens and full-sized toiletries to beach chairs, towels, and even a wagon for the beach. Every little detail had been thought through with care. It felt like we were walking into a boutique coastal retreat, not just a rental. The location was also perfect, close to everything we needed while still feeling private and relaxing.I’ve already told my parents this is where they need to stay when they visit! 10 stars!! First off the host is amazing, responsive and extremely helpful. She provided a lot of details of the area and stuff that me and my family could do! The home is extremely nice, and located in a very easy to find location. Me and the family was able to get to the beach in 5 minutes. So if you're looking for a beautiful home away from home this is the place!

We was able to feel right at home the minute we walked in, the home is beautiful. Furniture was comfortable, the house was very clean and the back yard was a great place for the family to hang out! She made sure we had whatever we needed. She was available to us just as it stated and responded in a matter amount of time.

This was one of the best houses I have rented on AIRBNB, we enjoyed the house to the max!!! This was a special occasion I prepared for my parents where all their grandkids were all together maybe for the last time as some kids are entering into adulthood. This house made everything memorable, the Arcades, table tennis, the pool, the mini golf and for our best spot at nights, the fire pit!! This staying was better than expected!!! We didn't even have to bother Chad and Kinsley. We even left the puzzle done in case nobody have done it before!!

5 Stars! Lorinzo’s place was absolutely perfect! The home was spotless and beautifully maintained, with every little detail thoughtfully arranged to make it feel just like home. From the well-stocked kitchen to the cozy living spaces, it was clear that Lorinzo put a lot of care into creating a welcoming environment. He was also an excellent communicator, friendly, responsive, and attentive throughout our stay. We truly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommend!

We picked this listing because we wanted a home base where we could hang out as a whole family. From the pool, to the comfy living room and dining room set up, there was always space for all of us. This is probably one of the most well stocked rentals I've been to. From kitchen items to extra bedding and beach/pool items, whatever you can possibly need was there!

We had a rest of the company of 10 people. Despite the fact that we had a lot, everyone felt very comfortable. In the house, everything is thought out to the smallest details. The owner responded to the message and answered very quickly. I really liked the location, 2 minutes walk to the beach. From the airport, we immediately stopped at Costco to buy all the products, but next to the house there was a supermarket where you could buy everything you needed. We will be happy to return to this house during our next vacation. Thank you very much to the owner for the hospitality!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this home. Loved the decor and the open space for our whole family to enjoy. The location was perfect just one block to the beach (a more private area of the beach than most!) and easy to get to Clearwater or restaurants in Indian Rocks area. The kitchen was gorgeous and well stocked... really the whole home had all of the necessities plus plenty of special touches and extras. We loved the backyard and the pool was a huge hit! The corn hole, beach balls, water guns and mini shuffle board game kept everyone having fun the whole stay. Outdoor shower was so convenient when coming in from the beach. Thank you Grace for a beautiful vacation!

Had an amazing week and the condo. Loved everything about it. In unit washer/dryer, clean clean unit, had broom and handheld vac avail (so much sand!), dock was amazing, beds we comedortable, so much goodness!
