Our stylish, cozy and private guest studio is newly renovated and located in the heart of Los Angeles’ San Fernando Valley with easy access to freeways. We're close to the Van Nuys Flyaway (easy access to and from LAX), and a straight shot from Burbank’s Bob Hope Airport (5 miles). Though still in the city, our diverse neighborhood is tucked away from the major roads, which makes it a bit more quiet. Tree-lined streets are perfect for the popular Sunrise and Sunset walks.

Travel back in time to a well-preserved guest house (above my garage) that has a 1970s Hollywood vibe but with updated conveniences. Pool area is shared with the homeowner. The house is in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood— Walking distance to many great restaurants and shops! NOTE TO GUESTS: I live in the front house with my child and family. New Toluca Lake Private Pool House

450+ square foot 1926 Spanish-style newly renovated guesthouse in Toluca Lake. Detached from the main house with living room, dining area, kitchen, separate bedroom with a Queen-sized bed and bathroom. A private patio in the back of the guesthouse provides access to the pool/jacuzzi. Pool is not heated. The jacuzzi heats up to 104 degrees in 45 minutes to an hour.
