Welcome to our Hobbit House. Right at the back of our garden backing onto a beautiful park with stunning views. Please bear in mind the Hobbit House is 15 meters and a few steps up to the main house, where the shared bathroom and dining area is. Also, despite all our efforts and daily treatment, this is a garden room and there might be insects. We have cereals available for breakfast and sometimes dinner too :) Pick-ups usually after 6pm where possible Free on-street parking available. 💙🌍💚

With direct bus access into town (or a 10 minute cycle/drive), you’ll have all Oxford has to offer whist enjoying the peace and quiet of our large garden. Located at the end of our drive, the hut is completely private - although we are more than happy to help! The hut is self contained with its own bespoke bed/ bathroom/kitchenette (no hob), with underfloor heating.

Walking distance to Oxford train station (approx 30mins) and city centre (35 mins), good bus links within a few minute’s walk (10 minute bus journey into central Oxford) and free off street parking. Supermarkets/coffee shops/pubs within 15 minute walk. Great local walks close by and stunning views of Oxford. A kettle and tea/coffee are provided in the room. Please note there is no access to the kitchen.

A cosy studio apartment in a converted barn just outside Oxford. The studio overlooks the garden and dreaming spires of Oxford can be seen from the balcony outside. Easy access to great walks and beautiful countryside, yet only a short bus ride ( 15/20 minutes depending on time of day ) to Oxford city centre. A lovey retreat to return to after a day of exploring the busy city and surrounding countryside. There is free off street parking. PLEASE PARK TO THE RIGHT AS YOU COME IN THE GATES.

Nice studio flat in good location.

We converted our front room into this cosy studio flat. It has a king-size bed, en-suite shower room, kitchenette with microwave, hob, fridge, and sink. It has a private entrance. As it is the front room of our home, there will be some noise in the evening and morning. It is ideal for someone working in Oxford. It has TV and WiFi. There is parking at the front of the house if needed. Good location for bus stops, Cowley road, and the mini plant. Good shops & pubs within 10 minutes walk.

The Stables: Charming Cottage near Oxford

This is an integrated living space and bedroom with en suite bathroom. It is separate from the main house with total privacy. Guests are free to use a simple kitchen within the main house. Breakfast is included. The gardens are extensive. The feeling of the place is that of being in the deep Oxfordshire countryside; but the reality is that we are only 10 minutes walk away from South Oxford and 30 minutes walk away from Oxford centre.

Very close to Oxford Brookes Harcourt Hill campus and sports center. The room has a good view of the garden. The room has its own entrance and There is wifi as well.
