Great walks and cycle rides from the door. A car is essential. Small self-contained annexe, attached to the main house, with own entrance from side of main house. Entrance hall, one main bed-sitting room with table for eating/ working, own shower room and kitchen. Use of EV charging point by arrangement. There is no TV.

A cosy studio apartment in a converted barn just outside Oxford. The studio overlooks the garden and dreaming spires of Oxford can be seen from the balcony outside. Easy access to great walks and beautiful countryside, yet only a short bus ride ( 15/20 minutes depending on time of day ) to Oxford city centre. This is an integrated living space and bedroom with en suite bathroom. It is separate from the main house with total privacy. Guests are free to use a simple kitchen within the main house. Breakfast is included. The gardens are extensive. The feeling of the place is that of being in the deep Oxfordshire countryside; but the reality is that we are only 10 minutes walk away from South Oxford and 30 minutes walk away from Oxford centre.
