Dear guests, welcome to our cozy family home! Our comfortable house features two floors and has stairs. All 3 Bedrooms are located on the second floor. On the first floor we have: 1 Dining Room, 1 Kitchen, 1 Living Room with fireplace, 1 Office & Family Room, 1 Bathroom with Jacuzzi Bathtub, 1 Bathroom with walk-in shower and hydrotherapy jets. The neighborhood is quite, safe and there is free street parking. We are located 15 min by car from JFK Airport and 10 min walk to the train station.

The space is on the ground level its about 600 square feet. Best part is its right next to the inground pool. The pool is 4-7 feet deep with a lounge area. On the ground floor we have a newly renovated kitchen (no oven), seating for 6-7 people, small dinner table, Flatscreen TV, Sectional sofa, and full bathroom. The bedroom in the lower level is about 600 sqft. In the bedroom you will find two queen size Memory Foam beds with top of the line linens. We do allow pets with a $75 pet fee.
