We had a wonderful stay at Sunaina’s place . We were here with our infant and the place was clean with well equipped kitchen. The surrounding is full of greenery and was very peaceful. Felt like living in nature’s nest!

Harry and Tanna was a fantastic host Harry was responsive he helped me with the things . The location was great easy to find and everything as expected. One small issue was network and wifi is little weak besides that everything fine Overall, I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in this area.

We stayed for couple of days. The place is clean and has been built with dedication. The furniture and other decorative items are amazing. The place is near the beach and market place makes everything accessible quickly. There were minor problems we faced once informed host vipin fix them immediately.

Rupesh is an excellent host. Always proactive and ready to help. He also gave us recommendations for places to visit in Goa. Rupesh's place was exactly as described and we had a peaceful stay. Highly recommend this place if you're a looking for an accomodation near Chapora street.

Our stay at this Airbnb was absolutely amazing! The villa was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The pool was a perfect spot to relax, and the location was convenient for exploring Goa. The host was super helpful and responsive, making our trip even smoother. Absolutely one of the best bnb experiences we’ve had. The villa is spacious with plenty amenities and Manisha Ji takes care of everything— she was extremely helpful and kind. The shared pool, intended for 9 villas, is big in size and definitely our most precious moments were spent there. Location is also perfect, lots of attractions within 5 km of the property. Would love to visit again :)

Excellent place to stay

The stay was lovely. Our hosts did a great job in with minimal but elegant aesthetics. The clear instructions to maintain the property helped greatly. Gaurav was responsive at all times and responded to our queries promptly. The home has really good artworks, including a beautiful Jamini Roy painting. Our cat loved to sunbathe in the balcony.

Great location for family or 2/3 couples- good size rooms each with en-suite. Pool is clean & complex is small, clean & safe. 2 mins walk into main shopping street with Restaurants. ATM outside gate & great restaurant opposite, although all we tried in town are fantastic. £1.50 tuktuk to beautiful beach or 20mins easy walk. Definitely recommend

We loved our stay at Kathleen’s place! Kathleen was an amazing host and always so helpful for everything we needed. The location is amazing, too - just a 1-2 minute scooter ride from lots of shops and restaurants and also around a 3-4 minute ride to an amazing beach. We’ll definitely stay at this place again!

The property was an excellent choice — calm, peaceful, and beautifully suited for monsoon days. The exterior had a quiet charm that made simply sitting by the front and watching the rain a joy in itself. Inside, it was just as shown in the photos — clean, cozy, and comfortable. While the host wasn’t very responsive, the caretaker was truly outstanding and always willing to help. He made everything smooth and enjoyable. Just one small note: the cushion covers could use an update. Overall, a relaxing and memorable stay!

good place if you are looking for a beach front house. the beach and surroundings are very peaceful and private. the beach itself is cleanest I have seen in goa. the caretaker pappu was always around to help us out.

Hillary's home is just as described in the listing. In fact the place in real is much better than how it appears in the pictures. 2 of the bedrooms are super sized with each having a refrigerator and there is 1 smaller bedroom. All the rooms had AC and worked very well in the summer months when we visited. Out of many things, one more good thing about the property is that it's 2 minutes to the beach, which is much less crowded than the main Baga and Calangute beaches. This beach falls right between the two so you can also access either of the beaches and shacks through your stay. Hillary was very warm and welcoming and always available for any suggestions/ help we needed. All in all, a great place to stay especially if you are a group of people wanting to be together. Thanks Hillary, hope we return some day!

The Unit was airy and spacious and fully met our needs of a family 6. Our host Divya was very friendly and immediately responded to any of our requests. Examples: (1) She willingly allowed us to view the unit a few days prior to check-in to ensure that it met our needs (2) We had found that the internet was a bit weak in some rooms. She immediately arranged for a technician to come by and install a booster which was very much appreciated. The caretaker Biren was extremely friendly and efficient. Very responsive and cleaned the unit on a daily basis, changed the bottled water drum when needed as also the bed linens. Also helped us with the baggage which was much appreciated. We would definitely recommend this Air BNB.

It is a beautiful stay with great interior and worth every penny

The place was immaculate. It literally matched it’s description and photos. It was very calm and peaceful being there. Very clean and very thoughtfully designed. Each and every thing kept there feels like has a story behind it. Loved the way they upcycled the stuff there.

As usual, Shoba lavished her gift of hospitality on us. A more generous and caring Airbnb hostess would be hard to find. An added plus to renting here is that Shoba runs a snack place/restaurant downstairs. Many times when we were just too tired to cook, we ordered from the restaurant and Shoba cooked up some very tasty dishes for us. She is an outstanding cook. Our review by the pros and cons: Pros: 1)Tasty meals from restaurant 2) Shoba's hospitality 3) peace and quiet 4) large kitchen 5) on-site resident cat (Pena) and parrot (Beno) to love on. Cons: 1) Neighborhood is prone to power outages 2) Livingroom and kitchen can get a bit warm - bedrooms however are fine with AC units in each room 3) not unique to Shoba's is the common practice of burning garbage outside - can be an aggravation for folks with respiratory issues. For us, the pros outweigh the cons and we have already booked her place for next year. I highly recommend Shoba's Place.

We had an excellent stay at Karl's place...enjoyed the property... its bang on the beach yet private... lots of good eating and partying places around... the caretaker family of Santosh and his mom made delicious breakfast for us and cleaned the rooms everyday...totally worth the money spent...we were also lucky to have a very robust sea breeze all the 3 days... that made it even better... Karl's relative has a restaurant next door who provides 15% discount on food... excellent food (palms and sands)... all in all we thouroughly enjoyed and will surely come back to the property again post monsoons

Ana’s place is located right in the heart of the Vagator, all popular clubs are at a walking distance which makes it a desirable property to stay in. I was there for just two days but had a wonderful time staying there. I look forward to staying there again in the future.

The Loja exceeded all our expectations. We enjoyed complete privacy, peace and tranquility despite being just a 30- minute ride from Panjim. The highlight of The Loja is it's location right next to a lake. You get sweeping views of the lake, mangroves and the surrounding hills right from the front of the cottage. Wake up early enough and you are greeted in bed by the rising Sun and melodious birdsong! The Loja has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The huge windows let ample light in and allows for stunning views right from the bed! The hosts were thoughtful to provide milk, fruits, eggs, bread, etc. to take care of our first couple meals. The warm hospitality extended to us by the manager Mr. Vincent Lobo was exceptional and made our stay unforgettable. He was thorough in his explanations, polite, generous and always eager to help. Our time at The Loja will remain with us for a long time and it will always be the top priorty for our future Goa visits.

We stayed at Casinha Ribandar during first week of May. We were a family group of 13 people including my parents and we had an amazing stay at Capt Leo's property located in very peaceful surroundings. It was exactly matching with the photos and description given, very spacious with a nice living and dining area for a family gathering. The wooden flooring added to the ambience. The place was very clean with enough extra mattress, towels and linen provided. The place was cleaned daily by house keeping. We also took the service from Babiene for our food and she catered well to our vegetarian needs. The only drawback is you would not find shops or restaurants very close by. But swiggy and zomato is easily available. In about 1 KM distance, there are small tea shop places from where we even got our breakfast delivery arranged. Also, there is space to park only one car. Overall a great stay enjoyed by our full group. I would highly recommend this place for group travels
