Vacation rentals with a patio in North Coogee

We were slightly apprehensive when we arrived at the apartment complex and hearing the noise from the main road but pleasantly surprised at how silent inside was. Offered a peaceful retreat from the busyness of Fremantle. Would stay again.

Jackie's place was spotless, safe, and exactly as described. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to the beach! As a solo traveller, I felt completely at ease. Jackie was very responsive, making the stay seamless. Highly recommend!

Jessica was a great host with clear photographic instructions on how to get the keys and get into the garage. She was also very proactive in responding to some of our queries and we all thoroughly enjoyed the convenience of this location which was within walking distance to all the attractions in Freo. Will definitely recommend!

The house is perfectly located in a serene neighbourhood that is right next to the beach, playgrounds and walking distance to food places. Candie was very responsive and thoughtful to our needs. Check-in was seamless as well. My family had a wonderful stay!

The location of the house is very ideal because it's near to most of the attraction such as Fremantle Market and prison. About 15min walk to the Fremantle port if you intent to take a boat ride to Rottnest island. There's also alot of restaurants around the area to choose. Thank you.

My son and his family loved Janine’s place! They said it was perfect in every way especially the thoughtfulness of providing lovely coffee, tea and hot chocolate and adding instructions for how to operate things. As for the booking process, Janine is an absolute legend of a host. One of the best I have had for communicating and eager to make sure everything is perfect. Thank you Janine! What a comfortable place to stay in Chloe’s property! We love it. It’s kitchen was well equipped even with the basic sauces for us to whip up a simple meal. Love it!

We stayed here with our kids and they absolutely loved it! The granny flat was a big hit, and they had so much fun feeding the cats. It’s a beautiful home, full of character, and the space is so cleverly used.

5 stars isn't enough! Our stay at in Rockingham was absolute perfection, whilst we were in town for the state of origin. The property was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and perfectly located for exploring the coast. Vanessa was super responsive and welcoming, making us feel right at home. This is my 2nd time staying here & it’s as lovely as always. Even though it’s been almost 1.5 years since my last stay, it is exactly as seen in pictures and even better. What I love are the little touches like providing some snacks & drinks for simple breakfast/tea/coffee, brand new toothpaste & toothbrush, towels (body & face), shampoo, conditioner & body soap. Truly a home away from home for me and the bed is comfortable. Safe, peaceful & private. Thanks for having me!

We have stayed in Aileen’s accommodation for 2 nights as part of our multigenerational family trip. The stay was one of the highlights of our trip. The house was exceptionally clean, well-maintained and well-cared for. The entire place was spacious and there was room for everyone to spread out. The kids loved the outdoor space and sports equipment. The house is tastefully decorated and is a sight for sore eyes. There were plenty amenities and features such as filtered hot/cold water system, ride on toy car, baby cot, highchair etc, that made our stay even more enjoyable. Aileen is a great host, she has allowed us to pick fruit off the trees in the garden. We would highly recommend this accommodation.

We absolutely loved Anthony’s house! The photos don’t do it justice. It is very modern, spacious and beautifully decorated! The location was in a safe and quiet area not far from the city. Would highly recommend!

Magnificent place to stay, in an ideal spot close to shops as we didn't have a car. Very tidy, everything you could need. Hosts were very responsive with communication and very helpful, would definitely stay again. Beds were super comfortable also

Had the opportunity to spend two weeks at this lovely apartment while working in Perth recently. Plenty to see and do; ate out most nights at different nearby restaurants and took advantage of the nearby river loop everyday for a run with stunning scenery!

Check in and check out were seamless. The space was great and close to some good supermarkets, cafes and close enough to the sporting precinct in Floreat for a pleasant ride. Claire was very available and a great communicator. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

Sarah was very proactive and easy to communicate with and also answered questions promptly. Space was clean and welcoming and we enjoyed our stay.

This place was exactly what my family and I needed whilst visiting Perth. Very close to local shops and restaurants! Exactly how Jules describes it and is definitely somewhere we will come again :)

Nice cozy apartment, close to beach, nice pool, host are nice and fast response, just a bit noise Because close to main street. Overall, it's a good place for family holiday.
