Amazing place and awesome host!! We stayed for 2 weeks at Merham’s place, the place is fully equipped with everything you might need. It was sparkling clean, very comfy and cosy. The are is very spacious and is located close to pools. Merham was very responsive, kind and helped us a lot during our stay. We had so much fun at Merham’s place. We’ll definitely come back again.

We had a wonderful stay. The host was kind, attentive, responsible and easy to talk to. The place was clean and well-maintained and just like the pictures. It's close to Alexandria, and about 3 mins walk to the beach and it was absolutely beautiful. Highly recommend for a relaxing vacation. I only tried one of the pools and wasn’t satisfied with it, but there were other pools available that I didn’t get a chance to check out. Overall, still a great stay.

Great apartment and great Host, Sherif - was an absolute delight! The space is beautifully designed, Homey, spotlessly clean, and filled with natural light. The amenities and comfortable touches made it feel like home. The location is ideal on the Corniche and sea front line, with easy access to transportation, restaurants, and attractions around the place. The host, Sherif and his team were exceptional—responsive, attentive, and genuinely committed to ensuring a great stay. I highly recommend this apartment and can’t wait to return. Basma was very cooperative and responsive to our enquiries. Her place was well maintained and equipped with all needed items for comfortable stay. She ensured that our stay was hassle free. The location of the unit is short walk to the marina and surrounded by lots of restaurants. We enjoyed our stay and would reconsider for future trips.. one area of improvement is providing wifi to the unit( the listing mentioned no wifi but went unnoticed by me), the wifi would be beneficial to set up wifi baby monitors in case you are bringing your kids and housemaid with you. Mr Hisham and the team working ( janitor and his wife) at the apartment were extremely professional, kind, helpful, highly and fast responsive and respectful to all my needs. Mr Hisham fixed the wifi with a remarkable speed. The janitor’s wife responded to my concerns (e. g. hot water, elevator ) in a very responsible fashion. This team at the apartment building are very sincere and caring. Any guest will be very well taken care of. Mr Hisham even went far and beyond by helping bring me a transfer to the bus station. I recommend this apartment and family to any guest.

As this is my first time to rent via Airbnb, I was afraid that it might be a scam but I took the risk, and for my good luck it was real& just as described on the app, the Villa was beautiful and overlooks a peaceful view of the sea. It contained everything we needed like bedsheets, one of the best things in the Villa is that it consists of 3 kitchens & it contained water dispensers+refrigerators for each floor!It has iron, coffee machine, washing machine,stove, dishes, cutlery…etc. Just bring your bath materials & hand soaps & sponge for washing the dishes. It was well cleaned before we arrived, Reham the host was a very kind person and she let us have an early check in& late checkout. My family members fought to take the last floor as it was the best thing in the Villa,it’s like an attached studio :) It was one of our most enjoyable trips to North Coast,Zahran market & a lot of restaurants are just at the gate of the Village.Thank you Reham for the unforgettable trip& your kindness.

A perfect stay. Amazing villa for which the pictures don’t do justice. It’s huge with a great pool and lots of games/amenities to keep you and the family entertained and well cared for. Mahmoud is super responsive, helpful and can provide everything you need including cleaner, cook, transportation, excursions, restaurant/sightseeing recommendations all at exceptional prices. He even spent one hour negotiating at a hair salon (for the missus and daughters) to ensure that I, as a non Egyptian, was not overpaying. I’ve stayed at hundreds of Airbnbs as I travel a lot (including a lot in dubai) and I can honestly say that Mahmoud was the most genuine, sincere and kind host I have met to date. Thank you Mahmoud!

Ahmad and his team are extremely nice and pleasant and they are very supportive , i have asked for two bbq equipment and they just bought me brand new ones.

My Family and I really enjoyed our time there, the pool and the garden are just amazing. Asal also made sure that we have full privacy and we can ask the guard for help if needed. Will definitely come back to this beautiful Villa when I am back to Egypt 😇

I had a fantastic stay at Ali's place! The duplex was spotless and exactly as described. The decor was stylish, and the amenities were top-notch, providing everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, close to key attractions and local conveniences. Ali was incredibly hospitable, providing clear and timely communication from the moment I booked. They were also very accommodating with my check-in and check-out times, which made my travel experience even smoother. I appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the hime supplies and gate passes needed Overall, my experience exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend Ali's place to anyone looking for a cozy and convenient stay. Aida and Haitham have been great hosts; responsive and supportive when needed. The property is also great; spacious, clean and the fact that every room has its own bathroom is really good. I have a few comments about the stove, the lighting and so on, but these are very minor comments to make it a spectacular listing, but overall, it’s been a great experience, property and amazing hosts. Highly recommended.

My family and I had a wonderful stay - walking to the beach for our kids to play and watch the sunset, plunging into the pool, and enjoying breakfast on the balcony. It was a lovely escape from Cairo and close enough to pop over to Alex for some sight seeing.

The property was very clean and nice as described, nice garden close to the pool, and quiet surroundings.

Wael is a very nice host. He was like a father for me : asking me if I need something, here when i needed, always communicating with me, finding the beat price for transportation, finding best place to eat... It was very nice to stay at his place. The place is safe, clean, quiet and the view is wonderful. People around are also very wel 9ming and the guard of the building and his son are very nice !It was a real pleasure to stay and I highly recommend this place. Thank you very much Wael !
