Vacation rentals with a home theater in North Carolina

Olivia and Nick were super nice! Very responsive and helpful. We were there for my son’s wedding. 30 minutes to Asheville airport. Min to restaurants and shops. House is looking all brand new and upgraded. So clean and nicely decorated. Although it’s a basement apartment, but lot of natural lights. A great kitchen with nice appliances. No stairs from the back door to get in. Very quiet and private place, and facing the woods. A nice, huge projector in Family room. We stayed for 9 nights. Hope we get the chance to go back and stay there again! Do not hesitate to book it. You’ll love it!

I have stayed in Carolyn's units several times. She is a fantastic host and very responsive. The apartment had everything we needed for a week's stay. There are snacks too! We were at a conference with people dropping in for lunch so I particularly appreciated the extra table and chairs. I slept on the bed and sofa and both were comfortable. The lake view and access to the walking trail are perfect. The close proximity to Stuart Auditorium was a must for me. I highly recommend Carolyn's units and am already booked for next year.

We loved our stay at Blue skye! It is such a beautiful house, perfect for our little family for a long weekend. We really enjoyed the location and so many great restaurants and shops walkable from the house, including bookstores and a toy store. We found it very easy to get to some major sites around Asheville from this location but also tempting to just walk around and stay in the vibrant neighborhood. The house itself is very tastefully remodeled and had everything we could wish for to make a comfortable stay.

Our family (including dogs) had a good stay for a horse event at the harness track. Condo was conveniently located, clean and had everything that we needed, even forgotten toiletries! Megan was a great host and extremely responsive, especially when the husband couldn’t quite find the condo.

This is our 2nd time staying here in this particular condo. We love Sands Villas and Jeanne’s places is always so wonderful. We had a great time!

The location is great! Walking distance to the beach and a park which has a Farmers market on Monday and Friday night music. Restaurants and stores very close by

Really awesome basement apartment! There were swan folded towels and a bottle of wine waiting for us. The sauna & spas were really nice!

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful lakefront home. The views were amazing. The house itself was immaculate and spacious, with every amenity you could possibly need for a relaxing stay. The kitchen was fully stocked and perfect for cooking family meals, and the open layout made it easy to gather and enjoy each other’s company. The outdoor areas were equally impressive: a large deck for morning coffee, a fire pit for s’mores at night, and private lake access that made swimming, kayaking, and paddleboarding super convenient. Bedrooms were cozy and there were plenty of bathrooms for our group. Highly recommend for families, friends, or anyone looking for the perfect lakefront retreat!

Our HVAC system needed repair and we needed a place to stay immediately. Carlos was very nice and accommodating. We reserved for two days but the HVAC was complete faster than expected so we only stayed one night. The house was cute and comfortable. I would definitely use this as a place for family to stay when they are in town.

Beautiful place to relax and enjoy being outside. House was amazing and clean, absolutely loved watching movies in the movie theater, and loved swimming in the pool.

Great place. For its size and value, it literally has a ton of great features . The theatre room is amazing, especially with having kids. Has a beach volleyball court! The arcade has thousands of games and brought me back 25 years (Pac-Man, Mario, Galaga, Street Fighter, and 1,000’s more). We went when it typically would not be considered swimming weather, however, we had the option to have the pool heated at least a day or so before arriving and it made a huge difference and allowed for my girls and I to swim in early April (and I did jump in the ocean to compare and it was a 25-30 degree difference! Lol). The owner is very quick to respond, has the instructions available prior to arrival, recommendations for food, churches, , and activities. If you don’t mind a 3-5 minute stroll to the beach, it is honestly not that far away. Walmart, Target, Grocery stores, putt putt, dunes, Wings, fishing pier, are very close by. The aquarium was a 20 min drive but was worth it. Fun experience.

An amazing spot for a fun girls Nags Head trip! Exactly the amount of space we needed. We lived at the pool all day and were impressed how close we were located to all Nags Head restaurants and ice cream shops. 10/10 would recommend this location again!

Our stay was very peaceful and pleasant. The home was very clean and inviting. The hot tub was an amazing relaxing experience and was clean and ready upon arrival. The yard area was beautiful with lots of flowers and scenery. Michael was very informative about this to do in the area and directions to close stores and restaurants. I would surely recommend this home as a place to stay, a home away from home!

It was an ideal location for walking to the beach! We did not have to go out into any major roads which is a huge bonus. The beach here was never crowded. The pool was so clean and relaxing. The deck space was very enjoyable mornings and evenings too.

I don't usually like gushing reviews, but in this case I can't help myself. I stayed at a luxury 4-star hotel right before this and the stay at Danny's made the hotel seem like a bad memory. The house is impeccably maintained, the decor is nothing short of professional artistry, and the views are spectacular. The kitchen had every appliance we could want for and delicious coffee. The outdoor play area was a HUGE hit with the kids. The dining area was perfect for family meals. The bedrooms were wonderful and the beds were extremely comfortable(a medium firm mattress, very comfy for someone who has an extra firm at home). My favourite rooms were the game room, it felt like I was back in my childhood and we had some amazing fun family competitions. The movie room was phenomenol to watch movies together and the kids fell asleep - it was that comfortable. The guide Danny provided was very informative and honestly, this was just the best BnB stay I've ever had. I look forward to returning!

I'm going to do my best to put into words how amazing Valerie is as a host! My family had an emergency which required us to find an airbnb for an indefinite amount of time and Valerie was always quick to respond and happy to accommodate with extending our stay. We were thrust into a very stressful and drawn out ordeal getting our home back in a liveable condition, the ups and downs of dealing with homeowners insurance, and trying our best to carry on with life as normal. The one thing that kept us sane and provided us with a sense of security, was knowing we had a safe, clean. and beautiful home to lay our heads down at night. I truly cannot express my gratitude for Valerie or begin to describe how much of an amazing human being she is! Valerie will forever hold a place in my heart for the kindness she showed my family when we were at our lowest! Thank you, Valerie!

Sheila’s place was perfect! It matches what the description says. This is the most lovely and comfortable stay we had in Chapel Hill. Will definitely like to book it again!

Beautiful views and great house for a weekend getaway. Little far from town but worth it for the serenity.

Very clean and spacious , Myra communicates well about and was always helpful when needed . The complex is not the quietest but still overall a great stay !

Susan is such a wonderful host , always attentive, and making sure you have everything you need. Love the proximity to the beach, just a short walk away. She recommended numerous restaurants that we went to and enjoyed. You can’t go wrong with Sandcastle At The Sea !!

What a great vacation! It was our first time at Carolina Beach and we couldn't have asked for a better condo or spot on the island to stay. The condo was comfy and had everything we needed, and the hosts were super responsive anytime we had questions. Having a private beach entry made for easy access and a less crowded area to hang out in all day. And, the condo is far enough away from the busy section of CB (by the boardwalk) to be quiet and peaceful, but close enough to walk there for meals. We would definitely return!
