A rare gem; Cute, adorable, cozy, impeccable cleanliness and a fabulous owner! What more does one, or, two need to become a great getaway? Nothing because Rebecca has thought of it all and you don’t need to! Everything is so comfortable and inviting. What a great time we had at her spot! Plenty to do in the area from shopping to dining to a rodeo and dog show. We packed it all into 3 days and had a great time. We’re thrilled to have found this peaceful and tranquil spot. Beautiful space in a beautiful setting! We had a wonderful stay in this comfortable and cozy bungalow surrounded by greenery. Karen was so accommodating and responsive with a last minute booking - we felt so lucky to end up in such a gorgeous place on an impromptu trip! Would definitely stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay at Lara’s Place in South Canaan, Connecticut. The apartment was spotless, cozy, and came with incredibly clear instructions, Lara even put together a detailed manual that made using everything super easy. Lara was especially communicative and helpful throughout. She shared a generous list of general recommendations before our stay, and once she learned more about our interests, she followed up with even more tailored suggestions. Her thoughtfulness made a big difference in how we planned our weekend. The farm setting is absolutely stunning, gorgeous views in every direction. We originally booked Lara’s Place because of the pool and serene surroundings. Although it ended up raining all weekend, we still had a wonderful and relaxing time. The apartment was so comfortable and the area has no shortage of charming towns, shops, great restaurants, and things to do. Highly recommend, and I would absolutely stay at Lara’s Place again!

Staying at Amanda and Andrew’s place in Canaan, CT is an exceptional airbnb experience. The home and property are in excellent condition, exactly as pictured in the airbnb profile . And, Amanda and Andrew are quintessential hosts, friendly and responsive. We cannot recommend staying here highly enough. Thank you Amanda & Andrew !
