The historical brown stone building was beautifully renovated a few years ago. The ceiling is high up and the room is spacious that you feel great. The mattress is one of the most comfortable ones that you can sleep like a sleeping beauty. You feel refresh in this pleasant place after the touring or working in the busy city. This is a quaint private room in Queens Astoria. The common spaces are small & shared. This is a safe affordable space for tourists & is meant simply to drop off your things, explore the city and lay your head at night. It is not meant for homebodies, partiers or locals. *The apartment is located 10 minutes from the subway and 1 block from the bus. Bodegas, laundry, liquor stores, restaurants and bars are close by. Perhaps the best part about this home is the proximity to Astoria Park.

If you are flying, the three major airports are , in order of distance, La Guardia Airport, 10.1 miles away, JFK Airport, 16.5 miles away, and Newark Airport 26.7 miles away.

King size bed and the room has a large closet to hang things in. Because of NYC regulations, we can only host one person in the room at a time. Please note that we typically do not accept one night reservations more than a month in advance and also not for Saturday nights.

This unique place has a style all its own. Located in a quiet neighborhood and accessible to bus stop and train station. Restaurants and food vendors are just 2-3 blocks away. Newark airport is half an hour drive and JFK airport is 1 hour drive. New York City ( Manhattan) is only 30-45 minutes drive by car and depends on the traffic.

My stay at Dawa’s place was a breeze! It’s very near to station no 7, I was able to meet my friends , all by walking in Queens, accessible to Manhattan. I would love to stay again the next time I visit. The room and bathroom was pristinely clean and very easy check in system. Thank you Dawa and more power !! Hope to stay again. Oh, wifi 🛜 connection is very strong too!!

Rafa is a great host, and this is a comfortable apartment--and very clean. You might think 162nd St is not convenient, but in fact, it is quite convenient, with both the 1 train and the A/C trains at 168th St, you can be anywhere in NYC really fast. Highly recommended.

One of the best hosts I ever stayed with! Johan’s place is perfect for your longer visit to NYC. It’s in the vibrant yet still peaceful part of Queen with plenty of food options within walking distance. I love how easy check-in/out to the room and Johan is amazing with flexible arrangements. I would definitely love to stay there again at this spacious bedroom for my next trip!

We thank Carlos because he was very flexible, very attentive to collaborating with us with the times of our itinerary and the accommodation was very clean and organized, he responded to our messages very quickly and was attentive all the time, it was our first experience on Airbnb and it was good, so we would stay in this place again.

Beautiful apartment with great views, easy walking distance to 125th street station. The apartment itself is comfortable and spacious. The two main bedrooms are excellent, the master has its own bathroom. The third bed is a futon which wasn’t as comfortable as the other beds, but I still got good sleep while I was there. Humberto was a responsive and accommodating host, any issues were quickly resolved.

Stayed for a few days. It was great being in Astoria and going to the shops and restaurants near by. Hal was very responsive and allowed a flexible check in when my flight was delayed. Overall a great place to settle for a few days or weeks and he is very attentive and kind. Would love to stay again.
