This is a beach front property on North Beach. Sunrise views. We are the only beach house on the beach. This is close proximity (5 min drive) to the Texas State Aquarium & Lexington Museum or use the beach walk from outside the home all the way down as well. Fishing area & play area is walking distance. Great place to enjoy the sun and the beach ! This house is clean and ready to enjoy your vacation. We have another house across the street to accommodate more guests up to 8 more, message me.

Great stay! felt right at home, it really had everything we could possible need for our stay. lots of towels, a fully stocked kitchen, beautiful sea breeze, close local attractions, north shore beach, and quick access to the freeway to go down to padre island.

Ben was a very proactive host. Met us at his home at check in and explained all home details and showed us around. He was very nice and approachable. Location is walking distance from beach, lots of good restaurants and souvenir shops nearby. Our family had a blast at the pool since wind was too crazy at the beach. Only recommendation is if you will be sleeping on the pull out couch, to remove mattress and lay on the floor instead. Like any other sofa bed, it’s uncomfortable and can hurt your back. Overall, it was a great location, peaceful and unique.

Me and my husband came down for our daughters wedding. This plane was perfect for what we wanted and needed. Very clean, great location, nice places to eat and very easy access to the beach. I will definitely come back and stay there. The owner was quick to respond to any messages we sent. Can’t begin to tell you how happy we were.

My son and I had a great stay. The resort is small and easy to get around. Check-in was a breeze even at 10 pm. Meghan was very responsive to my questions and our needs. The condo makes efficient use of the small space which was perfect for us. It had everything we needed and was decorated so cute! We loved the living room looking out on the water, plus the full kitchen. The A/C worked really well which was important to me because I tend to get hot at night. My son loved the ease of getting signed in to the wi-fi and the big TV in the living room. We never had any trouble parking under the carport, which was nice to have in the sandy/salty environment. We were coordinating with friends staying nearby and Meghan was able to tell us just how close they were and the Texas State Aquarium. We absolutely loved the beach access!
