Waterfront vacation rentals in North Beach

My family and I had a wonderful stay. The place is super nice and clean. It is right across from a nice park by the water. It is close to several restaurants. We would definitely consider booking again.

We booked this place just a day before the long weekend. Still, we felt the price was too good. The home is spotless with the all amenities you need. Everything was well-stocked. It’s literally 1-2 min drive to the beach, which was a bonus! I would love stay here again!

Stayed here for a trip from Colorado. the place was very comfortable. Very short walk to the beach.

This quaint spot is a must if staying in Corpus Christi. Walkable to near by restaurants & Bayfront. The art in the unit is awesome. Felt super cool staying in a super cool spot.

This wonderful beach condo was clean and peaceful. We loved looking out at Lake Padre, from the living room and dining area. We even got to watch a thunderstorm blow in and waves lapping. The kitchen was large and well-equipped. The bathroom and shower were just the right size. It's near our favorite beach at the Ellis Seawall. We absolutely recommend staying at this place!

We had a wonderful stay at Laura’s property in Corpus Christi! The place was cozy, clean, and perfect for our needs. It was especially quiet, which was ideal for my wife to get some much-needed rest before the marathon. We really appreciated the peaceful environment and thoughtful touches throughout the home. great host—we’re already looking forward to staying here again the next time the city hosts a marathon!

It was the perfect get away for me and my daughter. Quiet at night. The kitchen was full of everything I needed to make dinner.

We really enjoyed our stay!!! The house was clean, relaxing and spacious. Parking was great, and the top patio was relaxing to drink some coffee, or just enjoy the view. Evan was quick at responding and I definitely would recommend his place to anyone!!! He was an amazing host!!! This was the most wonderful place to stay! The house looks better than the pictures and the view and fishing was amazing. We felt safe and enjoyed the quiet neighborhood. One of the best homes we've stayed in!!

Great Stay in a Perfect Location! I had a wonderful stay at this property. The house was very clean and well-maintained, with everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The location is excellent—just a short walk to the beach and plenty of great restaurants nearby, which made it super convenient. There was a small issue with the A/C when I arrived, but the host was very responsive and walked me through the solution quickly. It was resolved without any hassle, which I really appreciated. Overall, a great experience. I’d definitely stay here again!

Place was amazing. Comfortable and had all the amenities we were looking for to have a great fishing weekend. Would definitely book this place again.

This is our second year booking the home and it’s as beautiful as I remember and we all enjoyed our time! Thank you for opening your home to my family!

This space was immaculate and definitely perfect for a group of life-long friends to connect and spend time at the beach! All the amenities for making nice, dinners, relaxing, watching movies, and hanging out along the canal. We rented a cart for beach days which, for us, was absolutely worth the expense. We didn’t need any other vehicle the entire weekend as we were just a few minutes from the beach. Well-behaved doggies welcome was a big plus for us! We highly recommend this space and hope to be back next year.

We liked the house when we saw the pictures and knew it was meant for our large family. Usually it’s difficult to find a home that fits all of us and isn’t outrageously priced. As soon as we walked in the door, we fell in LOVE! The home is so much bigger than what you can see in the pictures. It was perfect for our big family, giving everyone their own space. The multiple bathrooms were amazing when we all wanted to shower once coming back from the beach & the open kitchen/living room made watching over the little ones easy! The home was clean and the host was attentive to our needs. It was a plus that we were only a short drive to mustang and whitecap beach. I would definitely book here with Ms. Jaqueline again!!

We had an excellent stay at Jay's property for a large family trip. Property was exactly as advertised and completely met or exceeded our expectations. All the provided accessories (beach chairs, toys, kitchen utensils, etc) were a fantastic bonus to the stay. Having the provided golf cart ready to go makes the entire process even more seamless not having to go to a separate rental location. We absolutely plan to stay again next year if possible!

Very cute place, 3rd floor but has an elevator, listened to music on the balcony, all appliances were good. Never heard the neighbors. Bring your own shampoo, body soap and wine opener. Outside pool is great. Grounds are well maintained and folks are really friendly. Not a new complex, kinda a maze but certainly does not detract from enjoying our stay. Super close to everything- fishing, swiming and fiun! Oh, they unit has a dvd player so you can bring an old movie to watch too ! Unit is good for 2 people.

Honestly such a good host him and her are amazing I've been literally come here again in a heartbeat they were so nice the fire alarm went off in our room but there wasn't a fire and the husband came over and fixed it for us and it was just really nice of him I really recommend his face and these people so nice genuinely humble hope to rent it out again!!!!

Sophie was wonderful. She had everything you will need and if you forgot something, she made sure to have it supplied. She left us extra drinks and food to welcome us to her condo. It was super clean and I throughly enjoyed staying at her condo. Will definitely book again!

Floor is super clean, great location and worth the money spent. Air conditioner is superb comfort but a bit loud sound when running. Plenty of blankets and towels provided. It would be better to mention no body shampoo provided coz we arrived late and no time to get all these at late night.

This was our second stay at this particular condo. The space was clean, came with every amenity listed, great view of the pool and water.

Beautiful cozy little place with great views and lots around to do. Anastasiya was never hard to reach and answered any questions quickly. Great spot to fish or just hang out enjoying the water. Good restaurants close around and an island market grocery store for all your needs. An added plus very friendly neighbors next door! We enjoyed their company and conversations very much! Thank you again for letting us stay!

We had a peaceful and relaxing stay at Gayle’s Airbnb! The location was perfect — just 5–7 minutes from the beach and close to some great restaurants. The pool was clean and refreshing, and the canal right behind the home had plenty of catfish and sea life — my family loved fishing there! 🎣💙 The overall space was very clean and well-kept, and the recommendations Gayle provided were super helpful — we got to try some great local spots thanks to her! She was also very responsive and easy to communicate with, which made everything go smoothly. The space was definitely worth the money. It was quiet and cozy, and overall a great spot to unwind. A couple of things to note: the winding staircase is a bit narrow and can be tricky going up and down, and some of the furniture had stains. The washer also had a bit of a moldy smell. But honestly, those were small things in an otherwise great experience. Definitely worth the money, and we’d be happy to come back again! Thank you Gayle!

The condo was just what we were looking for. We wanted something affordable, but close enough to the beach that we wouldn't need to drive. This was perfect for our family of 5. The place was really clean and well maintained. We had a few minor issues and Ray was really responsive and very easy to work with. He gave us some recommendations for places to see and eat after resolving all of our concerns. We swam in the pool every day, because that was easier than getting our young kids together enough for the beach or the beach was choppy or windy. We also went to the beach every day, because it's literally across the street. It can't get much more convenient than that. The property in general was really well maintained. The groundskeeper was super nice and clearly cares a lot about what he does. The courtyard is beautiful and really relaxing. We used the grills quite a bit. There was a lot of maintenance going on while we were there and it looked great. Very nice. Thanks Ray and Maria!
