Make yourself at home, explore the entire area, enjoy sitting in the swing in the late afternoon and chill! We are pet friendly, a one time fee of 30. Payable upon your departure, which can be left in the "Pet Fee" deposit jar. The bungalow is privacy fenced, ample parking, plus private patio & grill.

Our Hale is an upstairs apartment that is centrally located for your next trip to the Gulf coast! We are 20 minutes N. of Corpus Christi, 20 minutes S. of the popular town of Rockport and 20 minutes W. of the ferry to Padre Island! It sits on a peaceful 5 acres and has a covered Lanai ( Hawaiian word for covered deck) that overlooks 3 acres. A great place to see a beautiful sunrise and enjoy your morning coffee or spend the lazy afternoon hours sipping refreshing beverages & just talking story

The house is peaceful and relaxing. Everything you need is here to have a great time. The kitchen is fully stocked. The master bath has a deep tub for soaking. The back deck and screened in porch have morning sun and a great hammock. The front yard is fully fenced with a small fire pit for a romantic evening or smores with the kids. The lower deck is great to park your personal boat or try your luck at catching crabs. My hope is to make this place a home away from home. Permit# 2022-195692

The one bedroom two bathroom with deck resort condominium has the upscale designer features of the one bedroom, but includes an amazing second or third floor deck. This condominium accommodates up to 4 guests. The master bedroom has a king bed. The living area is spacious with seating and a desk working area. The designer sofa is also a fold out sleep sofa with no springs, no bars and all comfort. The dining area and full kitchen include stainless steel appliances and granite counters.
