Comfy little apartment with a good desk to work from and a kitchen you can use. The bed is one of those memory foam mattresses so it is quite soft - depends on you if you like those. We appreciate the coffee pods and water you left us

We had a great stay at Oded’s place, if you love animals and cats this is the place for you! Her home is surrounded by kitties and ducks greeting us whenever went outside. The location was good, we felt safe and had no issues, the parking spot was a plus as well. Thank you!

My stay here was great. The host was amazing and communicated in a timely manner. The location is also close to tons of restaurants that are walking distance. The check-in process was also very smooth. The host was very active and friendly and offered recommendations around the area. Overall, I would book again as I had a great experience!

Carlos came through in a clutch! I’d originally booked another bnb and it was disgusting so I checked with no place to go! I found Carlos and booked with him on the same day. I got a note from bnb saying Carlos had 24 hours to approve my request, mind you I literally had no where to go. Carlos responded instantaneously accepting my request. The place was in a quiet neighborhood, it was easy to find, the place was clean and smelled good. The bed was pretty comfy too. My only suggestion would be to buy new towels and better toilet paper! Also when I ran into a minor issue, I messaged Carlos and team and they responded immediately. I recommend this place.

Very cute and clean place! I did not realize it was a shared space, almost like a guest house type deal. Although I do not typically prefer this set up for a stay, it was perfect for what my husband and I needed for the weekend. Great location as well! Good communication with the host.

Ms. Jessica stayed in touch and quickly answered any questions that I had for her. If you’re planning to book an Airbnb I highly recommend booking with Ms. Jessica for a lovely home. 10/10. Was extremely clean and has everything you need. Amenities were amazing and check in was simple. You get a nice parking spot right infront of the gate. 10-15 min drive depends on traffic to downtown.

The apartment was really spotless, just as it looks in the photos and complying with everything the description indicated. From the closet with the elements of beach and pool to the kitchen very complete the apartment has everything you need to be very comfortable, the building also has all the amenities such as a small supermarket, pool, etc.

For what we got, the price is absolutely worth it! The amenities are amazing and the unit is clean, stocked with dishes and cookware and makes you feel like you’re at home. Alejandro and his partners for this unit are very responsive and easy to work with! The location is great with a lot of good restaurants around and a lot of good things within walking distance, or a short Uber ride. Everything looks exactly how it was listed, and for my first Airbnb experience, this unit was exemplary!

We stayed in Miami for three nights and were very satisfied with the accommodation. The location was perfect for us, and everything matched the description. The hosts were very helpful, and communication was seamless. We can wholeheartedly recommend this fantastic apartment.

This place is perfect. Well located. You don’t even need to use the car if you’re going around south beach. But, if you do, they give you a parking pass to park near the place. The beach is is front of the building, and they also give you a pass to rent beach umbrellas and 2 chairs for free! Awesome bed, shower, kitchen… everything! I already recommended to my friend! While in my stay in the condominium it was nothing short of the photos on the listing. It was clean, well organized, and to top it all off has a great ocean view and of downtown Miami. Has many walkable locations and restaurants in the area as well. Also has great amenities like a gym, pool, and restaurant in the lobby. Would for sure stay here again and recommend it to others as well.

I booked this property for my parents to stay at for the weekend for a very special occasion. They were extremely satisfied with their stay. The unit was very clean, well equipped, and located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. Gaby was a great host to work with as she was responsive, helpful, and kind! I would highly recommend this property and Gaby as a host!

Loved everything about this air bnb. This has definitely been my favorite out of all air bnb’s I’ve stayed in over the years. And the pool with the heated water makes you want to stay in all day. Just like the photos! Loved everything about this place. Will definitely stay again when I’m back in town!
