Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in North Bay Village

This was a perfect home for us for a short stay in Miami, wanting to stay near to Design District, Wynwood, Downtown and Buena Vista area, so location was perfect. House itself is very peaceful and serene, and felt private and homey. For us with our dogs, having the fenced in yard was also a must, so we appreciated this very much. We visit Miami often, and we would definitely stay here again.

The home was very clean and welcoming. Flowers were blooming on the trees which made the home and neighborhood beautiful. The location really worked for us since most of our activities were near or in downtown Miami. Many stores, restaurants and highways near by which made things so much easier. Host were responsive and helped us out when needed. Definitely one of the better Airbnbs we’ve stayed at in Miami :)

If you’re indecisive (like me), look no further, Gerardo’s place was a great home to stay. The check in process was seamless and really convenient. I unfortunately dealt with the air going out but Gerardo was super apologetic and proactive in ensuring the maintenance guy came to fix it . The maintenance man was also nice! That wasn’t something you can predict but him acting swiftly made the experience way more manageable . His communication and kindness was unmatched . The home was clean and had cooking tools and food utensils to prepare a meal. Even a washer and dryer for that “homey feel”. You may want to bring your own laundry pods for a load but there’s plenty cleaning supplies.If I ever visit Miami again, no indecisiveness at all, I’d be here. Thanks again Gerardo!

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay here. The house was very clean and comfortable. Melissa made check in/out process very easy. She was also very responsive and provided us with great beach gear. My friends and I would most definitely love to stay here again if we ever happen to be in the Miami area.

I loved this Airbnb, has been my favorite so far. It is very modern and clean! I enjoyed my stay and loved how everything was walking distance! The amenities were wonderful. The host was very communicative and responsive, I enjoyed my vacation and hope to be back soon!

It's in an excellent location— super close to the Design District and Wynwood, which made getting around easy and stress-free. We were especially grateful they allowed us to book at the last minute. It truly was a blessing, and the host made everything smooth and simple. The space itself was wonderful, comfortable, and spotless. Highly recommend, and we would definitely stay again!

Great location, very convenient to get around with a car, close to the beach and major shops. Building itself is old, but very well maintained, and the apartment is as described, clean, well equipped, and organized. Katarina was the lady who greeted me and was there for any and all inquiries. Very hospitable, friendly, attentive, and professional; probably one of the best hosts I have had the chance to interact so far!

Scott’s place was perfect for our short trip to Florida! He communicated with us the moment the booking was made, and it only got better as our time went on. We did not hang around much as we were out and about during our trip, but our time there was fantastic! Would stay there again. We were in town for the Formula 1 race, and it was pretty easy to get to and from the track. Thanks again, Scott!

Best location in Coconut Grove, and this unit has a beautiful view. Hosts were immediately responsive to requests, and were able to accommodate another night when my travel plans changed. I’d highly recommend!

Amazing place to stay. Very clean, good restaurants, great views. The only issue was the hand scans at the end as they started not working but rather than that 10/10 would stay again.

The place was beautiful looked even better than the photos, the bed was super comfortable, view was extremely beautiful, only problem was I wish it was more towels I asked for them but nobody ever brought them. Other than that everything was great, also be prepared to pay at least $40-50 a day for parking. Great host he was there right away to help with check in and gave us a better rate for parking which was $40 a day.

For what we got, the price is absolutely worth it! The amenities are amazing and the unit is clean, stocked with dishes and cookware and makes you feel like you’re at home. Alejandro and his partners for this unit are very responsive and easy to work with! The location is great with a lot of good restaurants around and a lot of good things within walking distance, or a short Uber ride. Everything looks exactly how it was listed, and for my first Airbnb experience, this unit was exemplary!

Our stay at this Airbnb was absolutely wonderful! The home was incredibly spacious, beautifully designed with a warm and inviting style, and spotlessly clean. We especially appreciated that the host provided 2 beach umbrellas and chairs for us to take to the beach — such a thoughtful touch! The location couldn’t be better: just a quick 4-minute drive to the beach. Philippe was amazing, always responding quickly to messages and even welcomed us with fresh fruit and wine upon arrival. We wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone visiting Miami. My fiancé and I were beyond satisfied with our stay — 100% recommended!

Apartment was in good location, close to beach and public transport. Place was clean and tidy with all necessary cooking items and additional items like beach chairs and towels. Jorge and Abdel were really helpful with check in and check out.

Le was a great host! She went above and beyond throughout our whole trip. The condo is very clean and exactly as described. We enjoyed the direct access to the beach and the pool, as well as the many restaurants nearby. Le has thought about everything and provided everything needed for the beach and more. We will be sure to book this when we return to Miami!

This place is really fantastic. It's in a great location near the beach. Lots of restaurants nearby. It has a wonderful view facing north and you can see a bit of the ocean. It's a pretty new building and you can really tell. Everything is spotless. I like to walk for exercise and this is a block from the boardwalk where you can go miles at a time.

I really liked this place. Check in was very easy. Don't hesitate to book it.
