Condo vacation rentals in North Bay Village

Booked this trip for my sisters birthday and this was honestly one of the best accommodations we’ve had. From customer services at the front desk to the responsiveness of the host we have no complaints! Highly recommend and Will definitely be back

My husband and I and our 10 year old daughter and 3.5 year old son came from LA and had the perfect family vacation here. Beautiful location, stunning views, easy and friendly valet and front desk host, plenty of beach and pool chairs - it was like being at a 5 star hotel without the noisy crowd. We instacarted groceries easily and the kitchen had everything you needed to make great coffee and breakfast in the mornings. Arlen Beach restaurant was right next door and delicious! We can see ourselves coming back for years and can’t wait until our youngest is a bit older and they can just go to the pool on their own! Thanks again for a great week!

Nice beach location with beautiful views from the condo patio. Beach at your footsteps. Super easy to get to. You can rent chairs and umbrella or use chairs and umbrella in condo. Walkable restaurants or a short uber away. Igor is easy to communicate with. Would stay here again.

Stayed here for a week and had an amazing time! The condo was super clean and very quiet. The view from the balcony was beautiful. I highly recommend staying here!!

The apartment was really spotless, just as it looks in the photos and complying with everything the description indicated. From the closet with the elements of beach and pool to the kitchen very complete the apartment has everything you need to be very comfortable, the building also has all the amenities such as a small supermarket, pool, etc.

Thank you very much for hosting us. We had one of the best vacations ever. Everything from the service to the location was top notch. The unit was as advertised and Aljosha couldn’t be nicer. When I return, I hope to stay in the same unit. Highly recommend!

Overall, it was really a great experience. I'll break it down in 3 parts, hoping to give an accurate description: The apartment and building: it was exactly as advertised, a beautiful Art Deco building, built in the 40's. Restaurant in the front plus an ice cream parlor. Needs an easier-to-find ramp (lots of stairs at the entrance, ramp is at the back), but otherwise good. Apartment is exactly as advertised. Only hiccup was a broken toilet seat that Debbie got fixed within a day. The location: Miami Beach is not for everyone. If you're looking for an upscale location, try Brickel. Now, if you're like me and want to just want to the beach, roam around restaurants and great bars, that's it. Miami Beach is THE place for night activity, and all that it comes wiht that. The hostess (Debbie): Debbie was responsive. She would take her time to respond but she did always respond and fixed the toilet seat issue as fast as possible. The app says her response time avgs 11 hs, and not wrongly.

Loren’s place was perfect! We had issues with the tv - there wasn’t a remote in the room. But Loren was on it with getting it resolved, and the people at the hotel ended up bringing us a remote. I appreciate how there were dishes, silverware, and paper towels in the room. We picked up tropical fruit so I was worried we wouldn’t have anything to open it with. The spa passes were so nice! We got sun burn the first day and the mineral pool was clutch. I feel like it helped our skin with recovering. I was a little worried about the fees from the hotel but we were charged a total of about $200 - that includes the cleaning fee which we were already aware of. Everything else is like small fees and taxes. The free valet was amazing! I will say one night it took 45 minutes to get our car - it was a Friday night. We just planned better on our end after this. The space was so clean, the views were beautiful. We will for sure be back! Loren was the best host!

Sam and the rest of the team were super helpful from the time we booked it responsive in messages super quickly and even making sure that we were greeted personally at the front desk. anytime we had a question Sam was immediately responsive and we could not have asked for a better host and experience thank you Sam and the team you guys were wonderful will definitely be looking forward to working with you again

The building was new with modern amenities and very clean. The photos and description are very accurate. It is a beautiful condo, full of light due to the wall sized windows and very peaceful. The location is great. The Bal Harbor mall and beach are within walking distance. The beach in this area is gorgeous. The management is very friendly and accommodating. Thank you for a great experience!

Our weekend at the Fontainebleau was a delight, and the suite was just as described: spacious, comfortable, and well appointed, with gorgeous ocean views. Check-in was easy, every staff member was great, and there were no surprises at all with the charges thanks to the clear instructions provided in advance. The Sorrento Tower felt like the ideal place to be in this resort—it faces directly onto the beach and the family pool (which was quiet)—and our suite was located high up on a corner, one of the few units with a large, wrap-around balcony. Cooking supplies were limited, and the carpet could stand a little bit of a refresh, but don’t let that stop you from booking: the unit itself was spotless; everything worked perfectly; and the towels, sheets, and and bath products were as luxurious as you’d expect. Not cheap, but an amazing value.

The house was just like the pictures. We also enjoyed the rooftop pool and jacuzzi. The house was clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen. Cant say bothing wrong about the house. The elevator needed a code but once you know how to work it tgen it became better tonuse the elevator. I will rent again.

I just returned from an unforgettable trip to Miami, and I have to say, the place I stayed in was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment I arrived, I knew this apartment was something special. The panoramic views were absolutely breathtaking, offering an unobstructed view of both the ocean and the city skyline. Waking up every morning to that incredible sunrise over the water was truly magical. The apartment itself was a perfect blend of style and comfort. It was spacious, modern, and filled with light, thanks to its floor-to-ceiling windows. The interior was beautifully designed, with every detail carefully thought out to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it a joy to prepare meals while enjoying the view. The living room was cozy yet luxurious, and I spent hours just relaxing, taking in the incredible surroundings. The location was perfect too, with easy access to the beach, restaurants, and nightlife.

I had an amazing stay at this wonderful place! Aviv was incredibly flexible and available to us, allowing early check-in and late check-out, which made my trip hassle-free. The apartment was beautifully decorated, with everything that we needed and ideally located in front of the beach. The host's thoughtful hospitality made my experience truly memorable. Highly recommended and plan to be back!

This place is in a great location, right on Ocean Dr! I was surprised how quiet it was inside with all the music playing outside. We only stayed one night, after getting off a cruise ship. It was perfect for what we needed. It was a little cramped for our group (my bf, me and my two kids) but would be perfect for a couple! With our two big suitcases, there wasn’t a lot of run to walk, but it served its purpose. It was easy to get out and walk around South Beach! It was super clean and looked just like the photos. The hosts were very responsive and friendly! I would definitely stay here again, but probably just my bf and me! Thanks for sharing this awesome place! 😊

Host was super helpful and communicative. Apartment was accurately described by the photos. Washer and dryer a huge plus! Convent location and great amenities. Would recommend.

The only issue we had was there was no seperate gate entry cards so we had to push the button for garage entry everytime we left and return. Not really an issue. Everything was fabulous. Very peaceful family environment. The views are extraordinary.
