had a fantastic time staying at LTFR while working a shutdown at Rayonier. every time I came back from work it was as if I was going on vacation. gorgeous views gorgeous stay. beds were comfy. was given local recommendations which helped out, and I highly recommend using the pettleboats on the water to watch a sunset

Amrik was a great host, the pool was a great spot to hangout by during the hot weather. Amrik was quick to respond when we had questions. Hope to be back !

Absolutely beautiful place to go and unwind and relax from the moment you walk in the door it feels just like home ! Stunning kitchen with a massive center island and plenty of chairs to sit around! Breath taking view with a super cozy fire pit area to enjoy right on the water ! Mike is super awesome host that reply’s to any questions you may have ! Totally worth booking this beautiful place ! Can’t wait to go back !!!

The property looks great, well maintained and is in a beatiful location. Charmaine and Baxter were great hosts and quick to respond to any questions. We would definitely come again!

Stella is friendly, responsive and flexible! The place is exactly what it looks like in the pictures in that it is clean and has everything you need for a weekend getaway, right by the lake. The best part definitely was the ample amount of boats and supplies for a group of 5 (or even more) to enjoy and use at the same time. We had lots of fun exploring the lake. Must go out on the Kayaks and the Canoe!!! 🛶 One small thing, the neighbourhood does have a bit of a winding drive which can get a bit confusing, especially on your way out. And there’s not much to do within a 15 min drive. But hey, if you just want peace, serenity, and lake views, it’s tough to beat Stella’s spot.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. There were restaurants and hiking trails close by. The place was adorable. I loved the decor and ambiance. The apartment was a bit cool for us when we arrived, but there were instructions to change the temperature settings on the units to make it more comfortable. The professional portraits on display were well done and enticing to book a session 😉 Recommend!🩷

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommend! We had an amazing experience staying at Luca’s quirky Airbnb! The place was exactly as described – clean, cozy, and beautifully maintained. Luca was incredibly responsive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect for our stay. The location was ideal, with easy access to Huntsville and Algonquin Park. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like fresh flowers, the amazing coffee machine, fire place, BBQ, fire wood/pit and little touches throughout the property. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for somewhere different to stay. I’ll certainly be back again!

This Lake Nipissing rental was very much what we were looking for to do an ice fishing outing for 6 mostly retired guys – it was almost directly in from Lonely Island (about 1.5k walk). The actual cottage is very large, and it was nice having 2 ½ baths. The kitchen is very big with a huge island that also works as a pub height dinning area and there are tons of cabinets with all of the kitchen utensils/accessories you’ll need to make great meals. There are a few rough areas, which comes from a lot of use (e.g., trim work, a few chips, dents and worn chairs, shower heads, etc.), but for a northern cottage rental I would say it would be 4 to 4.5 stars and for an ice fishing choice I must give it 5 stars. I will very much consider this location again if we decide to do another ice fishing trip to this location again in the future and if you were doing a non-winter trip, I’m sure this location would be a perfect area with boat access and placement on the water for a large family outing.

We had a great stay, very beautiful area. We originally found it difficult to locate with our GPS taking us to the wrong location. However, that was our own mistake missing this detail in the listing as the hosts did mention this and described how to best locate the location. Hosts were quick to communicate with us when we got a bit mixed up in our directions. We did not realize that the Air BNB was located at a marina, but a visit in the fall was very peaceful and quiet. The fall colours were beautiful. Spacious and clean accommodations for a good price.

Joy Cottage was a wonderful space that accommodated a large group well! The cottage was beautiful with stunning lake views. Despite the rainy weekend we had there were tons of activities to keep us entertained. Would definitely recommend this cottage to anyone. If you stay at Joy Cottage check out the fresh honey sold by the neighbour, it’s delicious!

Couldn’t recommend Vivian’s place more! Rented this cottage for a birthday weekend & not only was it extremely spacious & clean, but it was exactly as photographed. The outdoor entertainment areas & the dock were a huge plus as well. We loved our stay, huge bang for your buck! Vivian is also a great host who was super accommodating & responsive - would definitely rent again :)

Absolutely stunning views in a nice, quiet, family oriented cottage location. Derek and Sandra were very nice, super friendly, and were so quick to respond to msgs when needed. The cottage was stocked with all basic essentials and was so clean and fresh. I would definitely stay here again.

Al and Claudine were friendly, approachable, and professional right from the moment we arrived. I would highly recommend Commanda Lake Resort to anyone looking to get away from it all.

Thank you Rachelle! It was such a beautiful stay! Felt just like home, perfect for a cottage trip, just minutes away from a private lake, with hike trails on the property- seen some turkeys and deer! :) The house was clean when we arrived with everything we needed for our stay, and close to town as well. Rachelle responded quickly and was able to provide help with whatever we needed! I would 100% stay here again, it was a beautiful cottage and a beautiful time spent with friends! Thanks again!!

Tara provided clear written instructions the morning of our check in. The property was clean and fully equipped with all the necessities. The home was very spacious that was able to accommodate my cousins and I comfortably. Tara was very friendly and was available to message with any questions or concerns throughout our stay.

The place was amazing, went on a trip with the boys, was the perfect location! The area was super calm and the house was clean and tidy. One improvement could be air conditioning since it was really hot but regardless they provided fans all around the house. Would def come back again
