Vacation rentals with beach access in North Aegean Region

Beautiful two-bed, two-storey, modern apartment with traditional finishes and modern appliances in a quiet and serene location. We swam several times a day off the rocks at a small pebbly beach, literally a 2min walk, with no one else around. So good. It's a 15min scenic drive into town through small villages; so rustic, and so beautiful, with thermal springs and more swimming spots on the way. It was just how we imagined Ikaria. Amanda was great to deal with and super-helpful. We'd stay here again for sure!

This was the third time I stayed at Martha and Evanthia’s place. It’s always wonderful and I look forward to going there again. It really is 5 stars, and Martha and Evanthia are lovely people and make you feel right at home. Agios Konstantinos is the perfect place to relax as well.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans le logement proposé par Maria. Tout était très propre et le mobilier bien entretenu. La localisation est parfaite et au calme, un restaurant est juste en bas et les commerces sont a 5 minutes à pied. L'acceuil était parfait et tout correspondait a l'annonce. Maria était très réactive aux messages envoyés et la communication c'est très bien déroulée. Je recommande le logement si vous souhaitez vous arréter à Volissos

Appartamento pulito ed accogliente con terrazzo e vista sul porticciolo munito di ogni confort. Eugenia è stata molto disponibile ed accogliente ad ogni nostra richiesta e ci ha illustrato le varie attività da poter svolgere sull isola. Posto molto tranquillo per godere max relax. Indispensabile una macchina per raggiungere le spiagge più belle dell isola e raggiungere i supermercati non presenti nelle vicinanze.

everything that has been said about Irini's and Fortis's hospitality and kindness is absolutely true. it comes from their hearts. they were generous with their time and included us in their holy week preparations and Easter celebrations. These were rare privileges for a mere travellor. There are not enough words to describe how much we were blessed by them. Irini's airbnb is lovely and well equipped. She also gave us her homemade red wine, olives, apricot jam, fig jam, homemade tomato juice for cooking, olive oil from her own farm etc. we cooked many a meal there. the people of karavostamo is very friendly, helpful and welcoming. this was truly a holiday that is unlike any other we had. we are planning to come back again in a couple of years.

Haris and her parents "went the extra mile" to make us feel welcome and comfortable. We had all the amenities needed in the kitchen, bathroom, and even had a washer with outdoor drying line and clothes pins. They provided fresh fruit, home-baked treats, local drinks and bottled water. Haris's mom even made me chicken soup when I mentioned my cold. Haris responded quickly to any inquiries. I loved going to sleep to the sounds of the surf and enjoyed being just a few steps from the beach. I highly recommend this air bnb.

Tam olarak fotoğraflarda göründüğü gibiydi. Manzara muhteşem. Ev tertemiz. Merkeze uzak olmaması çok iyi. Ev sahipleri çok çok çok tatlı insanlar. Gelirsek mutlaka burada tekrar konaklarız. Şiddetle öneririm! Harika bir yer!

Ich war 2 Wochen bei Giorgos und habe eine Sprachschule besucht. Vom ersten Moment habe ich mich in dem sehr geräumigen Apartment sehr wohl und zuhause gefühlt. Am liebsten saß ich auf der Terrasse mit einem Wahnsinns Ausblick auf den Hafen und auf das Treiben auf der Straße und habe dort stundenlang gelernt. Die Sprachschule , Restaurants , der Hafen und der Supermarkt waren nur ein ein paar Schritte entfernt. Athena und Mary waren immer sofort zur Stelle und sehr hilfreich und ich konnte auch schon ein bisschen meine Sprachkenntnisse gebrauchen. Es wurden jede Woche die Handtücher und Bettwäsche getauscht und geputzt. Am liebsten wär ich länger geblieben und ich würde gerne wiederkommen.

Malama is for those who seek a quiet, private place to relax and rewind. the house is spacious, lovingly built and mantained with a private beach. Kostas and his wife are true, caring hosts who welcomed us warmly even with little delicacies. everything you need for a comfortable stay is there. We would have loved to stay longer and will return when back on Samos for sure!

Tatilimizi Nicolas'ın evinde yapmak gerçekten çok keyifli ve huzur doluydu. Ev adanın batısında kalıyor. Huzur arayanların adresi diyebilirim. Çok güzel bir manzarası var. Lithi ve Elinda plajına çok yakın. Nicolas ve eşi çok yardımsever ve güler yüzlü insanlar. Son gün aracımızın tekeri patladı, tekerimizi değiştirmemize bile yardım etti. İkramlarda bulunması bizi çok mutlu etti. Sorularımıza anında cevap verdi. Sohbeti de çok keyifliydi! Kendisiyle ve eşiyle tanıştığımız için çok memnun olduk. Bir daha gelmeyi dört gözle bekliyoruz! Staying at his house in Melinda was a great experience. It’s a very quiet place, perfect for rest and relaxation. The house is just a short walk from the sea, making it easy to enjoy a swim whenever you like. Please note that the staircase inside the house is narrow, with open sides and steep steps, so extra care is needed if you’re traveling with children. The host was responsive and helpful whenever we needed assistance. There’s also a lovely restaurant right next to the house where you can enjoy delicious Greek cuisine.

Super photogenic, traditional style house. Very clean and well equipped. It’s about 5km outside the main town so you will need a car if you want to explore the island. Recommend CRC Car Rental Chios. The setting is breathtaking, beautiful courtyard and views of the water. Chios is just a magical place in the world and this little gem is all part of that magic

It was very close to Plomari and in just 2 minutes walking distance to the beach, the place is really peaceful and silence and found everything inside just felt like we were already home. The hosts were caring and always ready to put effort for making your vacation the best. I strongly recommend this place

Excellent séjour chez Stratos, nous avons passé une semaine idéal dans ce logement ! La plage presque privée à 5m de la terrasse est le gros plus ! On ne voulait plus partir !

Nikos ve eşi ilgili, sıcakkanlı ve güleryüzlüydü. Kendimizi evimizdeki kadar huzurlu hissettik. Ev merkeze yürüme mesafesindeydi. ihtiyacımız olan her şeyin olduğu 2 kişilik hoş manzaralı güzel ve temiz bir evde konaklama şansımız oldu. çok teşekkür ederiz 😊

Η κυρία Ελένη είναι μια πολυ ταλαντη ευγενική,πολύ καλή οικοδέσποινα , εξυπηρετική και είμαι πολύ ευχαριστημένη από την επικοινωνία που είχαμε καθώς έσπευσε να μας εξυπηρετήσει και να βοηθήσει για την παραμονή μας εκεί Το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ καθαρό , μας παρείχε καθαρά σεντόνια και πετσέτες , ποτό καλωσορίσματος και την ευγενική της παρουσία

Vasiliki est très réactive et donne de bons conseils. L'appartement est conforme aux photos et la vue mer est magnifique. Excellente literie. Appartement idéalement placé pour découvrir cette région incroyable dédiée à la résine de mastic. Conseil restaurant à 5mn à pied: "Karagiorgis Giorgos", très bon ,copieux,correct en prix....et patron sympathique. En conclusion nous conseillons vivement l'appartement de Vasiliki. Françoise

This is our second year staying here and we love it. Perfect for peace and quiet and right next to the sea. The accommodation has everything we need and the hosts Rena and Nikos are very friendly and helpful. The beach bar is five minutes walk if you want sun loungers and drinks and snacks, and Komi is 20 mins walk for restaurants, bars and a more vibrant beach. Would definitely recommend if you want a peaceful place to stay.

Υπεροχος χωρος και πεντακαθαρος!! Σε μια πολυ ησυχη και ομορφη γειτονια ακριβως πανω απο το λιμανι!! Ιδανικη τοποθεσια για να εξερευνησεις το νησι. Το σπιτι ηταν πεντακαθαρο και ευρυχωρο! Ηταν παρα πολυ ανετο και το συνηστω αν θελεις να ταξιδεψεις με την οικογενεια σου ή και μονος θα εχεις ολες τις ανεσεις! Η κυρια Ποπη και ο συζυγος της εξαιρετικοι οικοδεσποτες!! Απαντουν αμεσως στα μηνυματα εκανα το check in μου κυριολεκτικα τελευταια στιγμη αργα το απογευμα και παρολα αυτα μεσα σε ουτε 5 λεπτα μπηκα στο σπιτι! Τους ευχαριστω πολυ γι αυτην την ομορφη διαμονη! Και οπωσδηποτε καθε φορα που θα ερχομαι θα κλεινω μονο σε αυτους τη διαμονη μου☺️ Πραγματικα δε θα βρειτε κατι καλυτερο οσον αφορα την καθαριοτητα ,την τοποθεσια και την φιλοξενια!!

We have stayed in Lanas apartment before and have had great stays on both occasions. The view from the balcony is beautiful and the apartment had everything we needed. Lana is great at communicating and Jasmine went extra lengths to help us. Be aware that the road to the apartment is quite steep and paved with cobble stones, so getting luggage there is a bit of a task if your not traveling light. Fully recommended!
