Special attention was given to the decoration, to the luxury and the comfort. Built in two levels, it contains 2 spacious bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, an attic with double bed, a terrace with view to the sea and the mountains, and a balcony to the village square.

It is 24 km from the port of Chios and 16 km from the port of Mesta. The guest has short access to the Mastic Museum (5 km), to Mavra Volia (4 km) one of the rarest beaches in Greece. Also, the guest is within walking distance of the medieval Mastichochoria such as Pyrgi, Mesta, Olympus.
