Townhome vacation rentals in North Adelaide

Sally was a lovely host and her house was perfect. Had everything we needed and communication was great. We needed to stay an additional week as insurance repairs on our home had not been completed and Sally was extremely accommodating for us. Would definitely recommend. Lovely townhouse by the beach with plenty of local restaurants and cafes!

Grest little cottage central location have stayed twice now willl again if available when i have to travel again.

Great place to stay. Very spacious and clean. Great location, close to everything but still private. Well presented property. Would definitely stay there again.

Great location and views from rooftop deck. Friendly host. Felt right at home in our lovely town house. modern decor. Better than a pokey motel room. We hadn't used AIr B & B before - We are now big fans. !

Natalie’s place was good for 11 people . Closer to Adelaide city Centre . Townhouse was cleaned and Natalie was responsive . When we requested for extra towels , her cleaner came and gave it to us within an hour . Only small issues with bed frames . Bed frames were light and making noise when we sleep and turn . I would definitely recommend her place.

The location in the heart of Adelaide was fantastic. Having access to a parking space meant we could explore beyond the city but come back to a location where there is an active cafe strip just down the road. The water pressure in the shower could do with an upgrade but overall, a fantastic place.

Amazing stay and helpful host.

We loved everything about our stay! the place had everything you need including those extras you would require on a long stay like a quality washing machine and dryer. Everything was within walking distance including a fabulous IGA + bws incase you feel like cooking yourself a meal and kicking back at home. although there were too many good restaurants again withing a 5 minute walk away and I definitely recommend sussing them out if you're up for it. Gayan is a amazing host, he pointed us in the direction of some amazing food spots and was super helpful during our 3 night stay! will definitely continue to book his place whenever we visit Adelaide.

Great location and v nice townhouse with everything I needed for a working break in Adelaide. I liked that the place is fitted out properly for cooking.

We found the listing to be in a great location, short distance to the CBD and walking distance to some great eateries. The place is very clean, beds are comfortable and it was nice and warm! David was super responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Adelaide!

We had such a wonderful 2 night stay. Bri’s home was perfect, very homely, comfortable and clean. Fantastic location. Bri has thought of everything, including catering so well for the kids… cute bedroom, a few toys and books etc! Was so appreciative of a late checkout - Bri was very accommodating to our needs! Thankyou so much… we had the best time!!

Our group really enjoyed the townhouse. Lots of space and excellent air conditioning. Beds also comfortable.

The house was beautiful just as per the photos and extremely comfortable for 6 adults. The house is located in a fantastic area with local shops approximately a 3 minute walk and the restaurants and bars on the Parade in Norwood about a 10 minute walk. I would definitely go back again but maybe not in Gather Round where the accommodation is more expensive. I would have no hesitation in recommending this property

Rebecca was responsive, friendly and made it simple to book and check in. The property is as explained, absolutely clean and tidy. Six of us had plenty of space. Do yourself a favour, book and stay on your next getaway to Adelaide.

Lucy is a wonderful host. Our flight to Adelaide landed early morn so we had requested Lucy for a early check in... She not only did that but also ensured we had breakfast supplies from bread, eggs, bacon, cereals, milk etc to get us started We stayed at her place for 10 days and we felt at home. The house was just as was described in the listing.. centrally located, close to a bunch of restaurants, bus stop right across the road, close to the Parklands ( great place to walk). All through our stay Lucy was very prompt in responding to our smallest of queries. We would love to come and stay again.

We had such a great time at this accommodation. It was exactly as pictured, and extremely comfortable and clean. Laura was prompt with replies to our messages (sorry about the broken coffee cup!) Absolutely no issues - we highly recommend this place!

Loved staying at Amy’s apartment. We were very appreciative that we could take our dog Teddy and it was great to see there were other dogs in the other apartments so did not need to stress if Teddy let out a bark! We found the location ideal for us. The apartment looked just like the photos. We were very comfortable and the heating system was appreciated

Beautiful view of the sea, easy esplanade great walk. Good quality utensils, crockery, toiletries, assortment of beach items. Ideal situation to access the beach great walks accommodation was very clean. Elle was very helpful when needed.

Thank you for our stay at Tom’s place Lucinda! It was perfect for our family weekend. Cozy, with nice natural light. Great location, had everything we needed - and more as well as beautiful character.

Absolutely beautiful accommodation in the perfect location in North Adelaide - our group was really happy with it. It was within good proximity to the major attractions (Botanic Gardens, Adelaide Oval, CBD, Markets etc.) and close to main arterial routes making transport easy. The apartment itself was stunning, thoughtfully and attentively styled with all the amenities and accessories you'd need for any length of stay. I will also add that the hosts were amazing and responsive when we'd accidentally left the lock down on the bathroom door, shutting ourselves out - they responded with the location of the spare key almost straight away, which was very much appreciated! Studio Loft will definitely be top of the list to stay for the next Adelaide visit, big thanks to Jade and the team.
