Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Norris Lake

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Jen and Mikes place. Beautiful home with plenty of room. Beds were comfortable. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. Unfortunately there was not much water behind the house this time of year, but we found a great fishing pond with a waterfall just minutes away that our dogs and granddaughter loved. There are great restaurants in the close by downtown area.

Absolutely amazing stay! We loved every aspect of our time here. The air conditioning kept the space perfectly cool, the bed was incredibly comfortable with pillows that were just right and soft, clean linens that made it hard to get up in the morning. The bathroom is luxurious, especially with having hot water and overall cleanliness. One of the highlights was the view complete with a charming little stream/mini waterfall right outside, creating the most peaceful ambiance for sleeping. The outdoor amenities were also a wonderful bonus and made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Location: The place was only 6-7 minutes from each downtown location that we experienced. Not only was the location incredibly accessible and convenient it was still (somehow) quite secluded and private. This is a hard feat to accomplish in a mid-size city, but this house provided that as well. The venue: The house feels like you're walking into a living art installation. From the handpicked decor to the mid-century art pieces the entire house feels like a complete departure from our current time line. Amenities: The house came fully stocked with seasonings, toiletries, and all of the necessary utensils to prep meals. The house also came with a basket full of snacks, which was a nice compliment. The only things we needed to bring were olive oil and the food. Overall: Great experience. My only *bummer* is that I didn't capture a full walk-through video of the venue for my own personal memento.

We were delighted with this beautiful bluff home from the moment we arrived. The house was tastefully decorated and immaculate, the rooms were large, the beds comfortable, the game room was inviting, and the view was spectacular. When we want a few quiet days away or a place in the mountains to gather with family and friends, we will certainly be checking to see if Three Pines Lodge is available.

The Barn was nothing short of amazing! The views were beautiful! The home had everything listed, and was spotless in terms of cleanliness. The amenities are awesome, from the pool, to the games upstairs on the second level! I love that the home was family oriented, with several safety features to keep families with small children safe. The pool room has a code, as well as a pool alarm to alert you if someone is in the pool. Matt, and his team were great; he extended the opportunity to stay an additional night, was very friendly, and responded quickly. I look forward to booking with Matt again in the future!

Andrew was very responsive and was a great host for our first time using AirBNB. He stated in the listing that the house was older and being worked on, so we didn't drop the rating for some of the imperfections. It was a gorgeous location and very close to downtown. The only thing we wish was better was access to the water. We brought kayaks expecting to be able to put them in at a neighborhood boat ramp but the closest place we found was miles away at the local dam. Overall, we were very pleased with Andrew and his home and wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

This house was absolutely STUNNING! Every day the view was just amazing. Owners VERY responsive! Enjoyed the hot tub and unit was well equipped in kitchen and nice touch with starter supplies. We found beds comfortable and all 6 of us (adults) could find some privacy. Enjoyed the billiards and the fireplace on the balcony was the perfect backdrop to talk about our adventures. The road was a bit scary if you are afraid of heights and hairpin turns! We got more comfortable as the week went on but we were still reluctant to drive in the dark! The house was good location to Sevierville. Enjoyed Holstens for dinner. The main drag is only about a 25 minute drive. Gatlinburg was about a 35 minute drive. Smokey mountains NP about 45 mins from house . We saw 6 bears on this trip. 1 ran past us in the driveway and we got a good picture from the balcony. Be careful to lock the doors to your car! (Experience talking here) We highly recommend this house! Thank you Dan and Veronica

By far the best Airbnb we have ever rented! It was beautiful, clean and very kid friendly. Having cookies waiting for us on the counter was such a wonderful welcome. We were able to watch the birds, see raccoons and watch other wildlife in the back yard. We would love to come back and stay again. Highly recommend.

Great host! Great value! Everything was easy and smooth right from the starts. No issues whatsoever but if we did have one we were confident they would get back to us extremely quickly.

By far one of the best places we have ever stayed with AirBnB. It was spotless, well furnished, located close to everything. Kathy was an excellent host and we will check availability of this place the next time we are in the area.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here in Knoxville. The apartment was clean and charming. My kids loved the tub and open space to run around. I appreciated the bedroom layout with the kids in the bedroom with the two queens and then a master bedroom. The kitchen and bathrooms had everything we needed and. I appreciated the attention to detail. Only thing we really missed was a broom so I could sweep up a little during our stay. Only negative thing was the neighborhood was a little busier than we are used to, but since we are deep sleepers it was fine for us. Also, we couldn’t get in when we first arrived, but that got straightened out quick!

This is my second time staying at John’s place. It was just as I remembered it. Very peaceful and private. He was super quick to respond and had everything we needed. Looking forward to staying again in the future!

So excited to see the mountains every morning. This is why we came to the area in the first place! Great decor and amount of space for two of us. Comfy bed and cute outdoor space we actually made time to use. If you want a place to decompress this is it! Plus Annie is super cute.

The most peaceful stay I’ve had yet. Very beautiful and serene. House was very clean and as described. I could hear the creak from indoors which amplified my experience. I would definitely recommend bringing some bug repellent but that’s to be expected considering the location. Host was great and very quick with responding which I was very appreciative of. 10/10 recommend! Will be booking again in the future.

Tony and Barb's guest apartment was cozy, quiet and pleasant. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed available to us, although Barb offered to provide anything else we may need. (There were even bagels and spreads in the 'fridge!) The kitchen is small but offers all full-size appliances, even including a dishwasher. All cooking supplies are supplied as well. The apartment was easy to find, and getting to other places we needed to go (grocery store, restaurant) was convenient. The living room and bedroom are comfortable, and an ample-sized screened porch would be a nice place to relax and enjoy the peaceful back yard. All necessary amenities are available including FireTV and WiFi. It would be a comfortable place for an extended stay. It had the quaint feel of staying at grandma's place but with no dust or clutter!

We had an awesome time at Resting Eagle. The home is beautiful and very clean. Amazing views, great floor plan for families!! The beds are incredibly comfortable. We will definitely stay again if we are ever back in the area!! Jason is a great host!

We couldn't have BETTER things to say about this place! If you're on the fence- look no further! Book this now! We are private people, who really enjoy a peaceful setting. This was THE PERFECT LOCATION. So many things to do, so many shops, restaurants, etc within the proximity of the home. We really loved the pool being so close to the unit! The hosts are amazing, and are extremely communicative! Photos match the space precisely!

From the other reviews, it seems like everyone gets a different unit based on how the resort fulfills the reservation. That being said, our family of four (two little kids 5&7) LOVED staying at the Westgate resort. We used the waterpark each day, and that helped make this AirBNB totally worth it. We also stayed on top of the mountain...which was amazing. Played mini-golf for free. Quick access to Gatlinburg for dinner and to the mountains for the hikes. Clean units, kids slept on sofa couch, we had private bedroom. Kitchen to make pack lunches for hikes. Large bathroom. Just be sure to say 'no' to the 'free lunch and tour' so you aren't stuck on a long sales pitch. Units do connect to each other via connecting door, but thankfully we had quiet neighbors and didn't hear them.

We had a wonderful 4 night spring break! The house was exactly as described. We really enjoyed the hot tub and playing pool with the kids each night. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need. The location could not have been better. It was a short drive into Gatlinburg to walk around and shop. We also drove into Pigeon Forge for Dollywood one day. That’s a little longer drive but very easy. We will definitely be renting again.

It was an absolute delight to stay at Victor & Tammy's cabin. the place looked brand new, the view was incredible, and it felt like home. We've already shared the listing with friends and hope to return in the near future.
