Shopping about 4 km and public transport about 2 km. The property is 38 sqm and is located on the 1st floor and has an outdoor staircase with its own entrance. The kitchen/family room is well-equipped and has a dining area and sofa. Bathroom with shower. In the bedroom is also a desk.
